Atelier d'artiste dans une cabane en bois, une baignoire extérieur ( discrète ) avec beaucoup d'eau chaude, merveilleux pour les nuits étoilés. Bucolique, donnant sur un verger. Petite kitchenette, frigo, 2 plaque aux gaz et ustensiles basic. Toilette sèche. Un lit double haute qualité qui devient un canapé dans la journée. La cabane isolée dans mon jardin ou j'habite. Calme et reposant, le studio est simple mais confortable pour tous les amoureux de la nature et la campagne.

Small Breton cottage

Come and discover this small, completely independent Breton cottage in the center of our beautiful region. Nearby you will find Lake Guerlédan, Bon Repos Abbey and the Nantes-Brest Canal with its towpath for bike rides (10 minutes away). The cottage: It consists of a large bedroom with a double bed, a bathroom, a living room with an equipped kitchen. Garden furniture, deckchairs and barbecue. TV, fiber optic internet. Bed linen and towels can be provided.

The refuge

Need for nature, calm, come and enjoy a stay in the heart of Brittany. This small, typically Breton house is south-facing. Very easy access, 2 minutes from the Rennes Brest main road. On foot, you can access Lake Guerlédan. For the more motivated, to the Abbey of Bon Repos in Saint Gelven, to the Beau Rivage site in Caurel, to the Sordan cove in Sait Aignan... By car you are 12 km from Mûr de Bretagne, 30 km from Pontivy and 55 km from Saint Brieuc.

Hi , I offer you this newly renovated house, in a quiet and peaceful location in the heart of Brittany, very central to the many sites to visit. A 1km du canal de Nantes à Brest, 1km du barrage de Guerlédan et 1km du bourg de St Aignan, studio bien équipé au bout d’une longère avec entrée indépendante, endroit très calme. Idéal pour les cyclistes, traileurs ou les randonneurs à deux ou en solo. De nombreux chemins de randonnée, parcours de vtt et activités nautiques à proximité. Nous sommes également à 50 minutes de la Côte de granite rose et 1 heure du Golf du Morbihan.
