This spacious brand new 3 bedroom airconditioned cottage is one minute’s walk from the Lemon Tree Passage marina and shops, in a quiet residential area, and less than 30 minutes from any of Port Stephens' many highlights. This comfortable home has everything you'll need for a great holiday or getaway with friends or family. The Bowling Club is a 5 minute walk and the Golf Club and RSL 6 minutes drive.

Ironbark Cottage provides simple self-contained, self-catering accommodation for up to 4 people in a quiet bush setting 2 kms west of Karuah. Just off the Pacific Highway, the cottage is 20 mins to Raymond Terrace & Medowie, 30 mins to Hawkes Nest beaches, 30 mins to Newcastle Airport (Williamtown), 45 mins to Nelson Bay or Newcastle, 1 hour to the Hunter Valley and 2.5 hours to Sydney. Also a Steelcraft cot and high chair for babies/toddlers. Only 10 min walk from beach, Surfhouse & Beach Hotel. Air Con & Hi speed Broadband!
