Building built in 1875, completely renovated in the spirit of a Tiny House. You will find modern comfort while being transported back in time with a vintage and sophisticated decor. This 20 m2 cottage will appeal to all those who are looking for authenticity, character and a peaceful atmosphere.

Cozy pavilion in a quiet and pleasant area, close to amenities (bakery, pharmacy, bus stop, shopping mall) and 15 minutes from the beaches! The exterior is composed of a small friendly courtyard for eating or having an aperitif as well as a private parking space. Large living room with an open-plan kitchen where you will find all the necessary amenities. Upstairs, an office area with 2 bedrooms, as well as a bathroom with toilet.

Ideally located in a quiet area, the Maison de l'Orb is located 15 minutes from the sea: Valras-Plage, Vendres (le Chichoulet) Sérignan... A 6 km bike path connecting Béziers passes in front of the house. A riverside fitness trail is a 5-minute walk away. The village comes with full amenities. After a day at the beach or hiking in the Caroux, you will enjoy a well-deserved rest in the Jacuzzi.

Welcome to the Garrigue Farm! This house is located in the heart of nature, in the center of an almond farm and raising farm animals but also wild animals. It consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, a children's bedroom with bunk beds, a living room with a functional wood-burning stove and an open kitchen. A beautiful fenced pool overlooks the estate.
