The place felt more spacious compared to the photos. Adam was always responsive and helpful in accommodating some sleeping arrangements me & my party needed. Were in the Charolette area for tennis tournament and found the location close to highway to get around fast. And it was in a quiet neighborhood close to restaurants. The kitchen had many coffee amenities which was cool to get kick started for the day. Comfy beds and clean bathrooms. Thanks Adam for hosting.

We fell in love with NoDa during this trip! It’s the perfect walkable family (and pup) friendly neighborhood. This place was just what we needed-traveling with our dog and infant we prioritized per friendly placed with an actual separate bedroom space; a rare find in this neighborhood! Easy access to the light rail and plenty of restaurants and breweries. Everything was clean and inviting inside for us, too!

Alex's home was absolutely perfect! It's located in a beautiful neighborhood with adorable homes and sidewalks. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance. The home is even prettier in person, and sooo spacious. Alex is extremely attentive, and a genuinely amazing host. I recommend this gorgeous home to everyone and we look forward to staying here again!

We had a lovely weekend getaway at the Tini House in Concord! The space is definitely tiny but so well distributed, every corner is thoughtfully used. The bed was super comfy, and little details like the rain boots and wood logs for the firepit made the experience extra special. The eco-shower was surprisingly refreshing and added to the charm of the place. It was incredibly peaceful and the perfect spot to disconnect. The only thing we weren’t crazy about was the shared eco-restroom, but overall, it was a wonderful stay. Thank you for the peaceful escape!

Fantastic stay, roomy for my family of 5 with nice amenities like coffee, snacks, waters, shampoo, blow dryer and even an iron! Great dinner at Lakhouse Restaurant just 2 doors down! We will be back!! Thank you!!

We had the best time! Amazing house and host. The heated pool and fenced in backyard were perfect for enjoying family time. The entire house was very clean and organized with everything we needed. The host was extremely proactive with communications and responsive for the few things we needed. Highly recommended!

Jim is one of the most wonderful hosts we have ever had. He was friendly and responsive and made sure that we had everything we could have possibly needed. His place was exactly as described, but the surroundings and peacefulness were even more than we expected. We enjoyed the pool and the bed is super comfortable! We will definitely plan to stay with Jim again when we are in the area.

Dave’s place was perfect. Very comfortable. He thought of everything. Very close to great restaurants The Amp stage is 5 minutes away. Ballantyne is a very nice and safe suburb of charlotte. Lots to do. If you go to charlotte Dave’s place is perfect for a couple. We’re definitely coming back. Thank you Dave!!

Very convenient location in a quiet neighborhood. The penned chickens out back gave the children some entertainment. The bedroom picture gave me the impression that there was a computer and printer available which was not the case. Leslie was very responsive to communications. Master bedroom and family room are quite spacious.

We absolutely loved staying here with our three kids and dog. The house is in a great location - easy walking access to Davidson. The house is brand new and everything was spotless. The beds were very comfortable and there were plenty of blankets and pillows. The kitchen was well equipped - new appliances and plenty of dishes, pots, pans and utensils. There is a nice backyard with chairs and a fire pit. The hosts were very responsive and kept checking in to make sure we didn’t need anything. We truly enjoyed our stay here and hope to return!

Dawn was great! Very friendly and let me host my friend’s wedding get-ready- together event. The place was clean and cute! The garden outside was also a beautiful touch to the place. Will definitely stay here again if I need to return to the area!

This little cottage was perfect for our stay in Huntersville while visiting family. House was cozy and clean and the neighborhood was peaceful. Easy access to the town and highways. Loved it!

Hello everyone! I loved this home, my friends and I stayed here for a few days and we definitely felt at home. He made sure to reply back to us and everything else was just perfect!

Beautiful setting with lots of things to do. Dogs are great. Lake is lovely. Kayaks are nice. Lore cared a lot that we were happy during our stay.

I want to say this place was so at home. I felt we were in cabin and being rural, at the same time so close to whatever we needed. the surrounding was absolutely breathtaking. The cabin was so clean and equipped. My son loved the fact he could stay in loft by himself, and still being close to us. we loved to hear birds, and rooster singing around and we also meet some locals and neighbors; very friendly. Robin and Jay were so kind when I needed to talk to them and John helped me to find the local event, even though we didn't go (we had so much fun just being at cabin). Overall we loved, loved it and loved it. Thank you Robin and Jay for creating such a lovely place to stay in; felt so at home. Sarah, Jay and Benjamin

Stephanie was a phenomenal host, and the space was amazing! I would highly recommend staying here to anyone looking to be close to all that the LKN area has to offer, balanced with a tranquil space to step away and relax! Five stars across the board!
