Great amenities with pool and gym! Location was perfect as it was very close to the beach. Very clean and quiet. Very friendly and responsive hosts! Will be staying with Padre Escapes again!

I enjoyed myself the proximity to the beach was great... Enjoyed sunrise walks.

It was the perfect get away for me and my daughter. Quiet at night. The kitchen was full of everything I needed to make dinner.

we really enjoy this place, everything was clean and accurate, just like the pictures. the kitchen had eveverything we needed to cook a meal. I like that the coffe maker was not a kuering, I prefer to make more than one cup at a time. we will definitely be going back.

Stayed for a month long windsurfing trip and really enjoyed Randy's condo. The unit is very nice and comfortable, the wifi is fast and works well. The complex is pleasant and the pool, hot tub and gym are all nicely maintained.

The condo was great, great reserved parking spot right in front of condo. Super close to pool and hot tub which were lovely. Didn't get the motivation to hit the gym unfortunately. Very close to the beach. Only down side were all the stickers everywhere in the grassy areas. Our dogs were scared to step into grass after several walks. Nothing the host could do, just the region.

Our family enjoyed our stay at this condo, it was very warm and comforting. The decor was amazing, fit the overall vibe of the place, specially with all of the sea horses; and the beach was a perfect walking distance away, which the whole family really enjoyed! Thank you, we look forward to coming back in the future!

First off this was our Second time staying with Jaselle the place is amazing and located walking distance from the beach. Everything in the apartment is Pristine and clean. The first day we were having minor issues with the ac control it was put on a schedule and was on the fan setting but we got it to work. The next morning at 3am we experienced a power outage on our side of the island which left everyone in the community with no power for 16hrs due to severe winds from a storm that came in. We made the best of it and lucky brought head lamps and glow sticks. Again this was out of Jaselle power but she was tentative and caring with everything we went through. She is an amazing Host and compensated us for our troubles. Even with everything that happened to us, we can’t wait to come stay at her place again. Seeing the sunrise on that porch is one of a kind. Thank you again Jaselle for everything 💖

The place is in a great location! Everything was clean and smelled fresh. Rick is responsive and provides clear instructions. We loved our stay and would return.

Loved this spot so much! We were able to walk to and from the beach, the heated pool was amazing. The staff was so friendly & I am a sucker for Koozies & they gave us 5 complimentary ones … sold me immediately at check in 😂

Clean and comfortable unit with easy access to Whitecap Beach. Nice pool on site. Worked for our family of 4 with 2 kids (8 and 11) but would be a tight space with older /bigger kids or 4 adults. Host very responsive and accommodating with an early check in. We also had a few issues with the keypad lock system and she was on the ball helping us remotely. Listing mentioned beach chairs and cooler which were not available in the unit (we had our own but might be a problem for others counting on it). Limited pods provided for washer and no dishwasher pods. Since we were only there for 3 days was not a huge deal but might ask about these listed amenities if staying longer.

Richard and Marilyn are amazing! This is our third year in a row we have stayed in their condos and we have been so happy every time! They are extremely responsive and think through everything you might need. They helped us immediately this time when we had an issue with the water being turned off in the building and someone being parked in our parking space. They reached out to the complex to find out what was going on, kept us updated, and checked on us to make sure everything was working again. I really appreciate how they go above and beyond for their guests. We will be back next year!

This home is so lovely and inviting, very quiet surroundings and has lots of amenities with the pool, hot tub and gym on the property. Very close to the beach and easy to find. I would definitely stay here again.

Super clean, accurately described, little condo. Great for a couple or small family.

We had a great time staying in Kimberly's place! The walk to the beach wasn't too far for the kids and the condo was so cozy, comfortable, and clean. The kitchen was well-appointed with everything we needed, and there was plenty of comfortable bedding and towels for us for our entire stay. Having a washer/dryer available to us in the condo was also super convenient.
