Casa 53 is a relaxing adults only 2 bedroom holiday home with a beautiful garden and large roof terrace. There is a lovely shared pool opposite the property for cooling down after a hot day in the sun at one of the many stunning beaches. There are supermarkets including a Lidl just 10 mins walk away and cafes, bars, shops and a taxi rank just 5 mins walk. The vibrant town centre is about 25 min walk and leads down to a beautiful harbour in the old town which is perfect for sipping cocktails!

The apartment is situated on the 2nd floor of a impressive frontline complex complete with lift, with 2 good sized bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, open plan lounge, dining and kitchen with all modern mod-cons. There is an interior staircase leading you to a large roof terrace, complete with kitchenette, gas BBQ, sunbathing area and breath-taking views.

Cotillo beach front Apartment

Our beach front upstairs holiday let is situated in a peaceful complex of 11 apartments. The apartment sits on the south side and gets sun all day long as well as being protected from the wind. Its a 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom flat, with an open plan kitchen/ living room. Its an ideal place for nudists as its close to the little bays and coves north of Cotillo village. A lovely place to watch the sunset set and very peaceful away from the crowds.

A large swimming pool is surrounded by palm trees and lounge chairs. The clear blue water reflects the bright sky above, while colorful umbrellas offer shaded seating areas nearby. The vibrant yellow buildings of the complex are visible in the background.

Located in the village of Villaverde (Fuerteventura), where we have numerous restaurants in the village, and you can enjoy a delicious meal. A few meters from the accommodation is El Volcán de la Arena and the Escanfraga Mountain for a magnificent day of hiking and many more things to contemplate.
