5 Stars – A Tuscan Dream Come True! Our stay at Francesco’s private resort-style retreat in the hills of Tuscany was absolutely magical. The location is stunning—peaceful, picturesque, and the perfect escape into the beauty of the Italian countryside. The rustic room had so much charm and comfort, and the property itself was amazing, with not one but two beautiful pools to relax by. One of the highlights was the on-site restaurant. The free breakfast was far beyond the typical offering—not just muffins, but a full, authentic Italian breakfast that we looked forward to each morning. Dinner was just as impressive, showcasing delicious local flavors and warm hospitality. It was also a great jumping-off point for exploring the region—we took a lovely day trip to Siena with ease. This place is a hidden gem, and we’d return in a heartbeat. Highly recommended for anyone looking to experience the best of Tuscany!

Such a beautiful, peaceful place to spend a few days! It was central to many tours and activities, great for exploring! Luca was a wonderful host and ensured we were happy and had everything we needed. The restaurant was great! I can’t think of anything that would have made our stay better! Completely exceeded our expectations!

We spent a few days ( 2-8.06.2025) at Podere Bocci with our family, and it was an absolutely exceptional time. The villa is even more beautiful than in the photos – very clean, spacious, and with a wonderful view of the Tuscan hills. The pool was perfect, discreetly cleaned every morning by the owner – everything was cared for down to the smallest detail. What impressed us the most, however, was the hospitality of the hosts – incredibly kind, helpful, and warm. They answered every question, brought us cake and prosecco for Grzesiek’s birthday, and surprised us with a delicious aperitivo at the end of our stay. We had never experienced such a warm welcome before – we truly felt exceptionally well taken care of. We wholeheartedly recommend this place to anyone looking for peace, the charm of Tuscany, and genuine kindness. We will definitely be back! We just had a pleasant stay in Casentino and Ilaria's apartment contributed a lot to this positive review. The house is large enough and can accommodate up to 6 people, with 2 bathrooms (one with shower, the other with bathtub) and a very comfortable sofa bed; The main bed is a little too soft for my taste. In the kitchen nothing is missing and the various appliances work well, the equipment is complete. With an outside temperature around zero degrees, I was a little worried about suffering the winter cold of this period; the apartment is instead perfectly thermally insulated, and radiators and hot water work great. The area is extremely quiet and the 'escalator' parking adds value to the stay, for proximity and convenience of use. Ilaria is a very friendly and attentive hostess, always ready to respond to any request for assistance, without being intrusive.

Great location in the lovely town of Bibbiena. The place was perfect, spacious and very clean. Walking distance to everything you need.

The villa can be easily reached via a beautiful private road even without 4×4 or an SUV. It is very nice to occupy in the middle of nature, disturbing neighbors are missing! The house itself is an old villa, Paolo's father may have designed it herself! The property itself is very well maintained, but the house is a lot outdated ! But that doesn't bother you ,but gives it a special charm ! There is everything you need in the house! Unfortunately, I did not get to meet Paolo during my stay, but he was always available ! However, there was wine, beer and sweets as compensation! I can recommend Villa Bruna without hesitation and also imagine a new stay!

We had a wonderful week-long visit. I wish we had stayed longer. The villa is beautiful. It is spacious, clean, with modern amenities and appliances but also has some very nice antique furniture and decor. The outdoor patio is really amazing, with views of distant Tuscan hills and farms, olive and cypress trees - a great place to eat and relax outdoors. Nearby Arezzo is a great place to visit. There are many interested museums, churches and places to visit in the older section of the town (including the Basilica di San Francesco with frescoes by Piero della Francesca), but there are also more modern parts of town with shops and restaurants, and ample parking. The villa is also within easy driving distance of many other surrounding towns (such as Cortona) and places to visit. Our hosts were super helpful and friendly, and we especially enjoyed the olive oil that is provided and made from the trees growing on the property. We would definitely stay here again.
