Wake up to stunning views of Lac Leman and the Grammont summit and grab your morning coffee or a glass of wine up on the rooftop terrace:) We are easily accessible to reach as the Planchamp train station is a mere 1 min walking distance from the front door & we have 1 free parking. So many adventures to be lived:)

Magnifique emplacement au cœur du Lavaux, site classé au patrimoine Mondial de l’UNESCO, pour cet appartement de 105 m2 dans une villa d'architecte. Grand séjour ouvert sur une cuisine entièrement équipée et baie vitrée donnant une terrasse bois et un jardin, vue lac et montagnes. Deux grandes chambres, deux salles de bain/douche complètent ce bien. Une colonne de lavage avec machine à laver et sèche-linge est à disposition. Une 2ème grande terrasse à l'Ouest offre de beaux couchers de soleil.

Nice apartment, 50m2 + garden 30m2. View on the lake and mountains. Shared warmed swimming pool from the 1st of May till mid september. A double bed, an extra bed (materass on the floor). The apartment is next a sport field and a playground. 14km from Lausanne (15-30 minutes by train) and 10 from Montreux. Beaches at 10 and 20 minutes walk. 2minutes from tiny railway station and facilities (supermarket,etc) No car park in the residence, but easily around (paying)

The studio is located 5 minutes by car from Vevey / Montreux and 10 from the Lavaux (Unesco) vineyards. A bus connects the Tour de Peilz in a few minutes with a link to Vevey Lausanne, Geneva. For cleaning reasons, checkin and checkout times are not flexible. We don't accept pets or children.

Nous habitons sur place et cela amène donc les bruits normaux d'une vie de famille avec enfants et chien. Quartier résidentiel!

I really enjoyed my stay at Michael’s place. He is a fantastic host who truly cares about his guests, offering thoughtful touches and helpful tips during the stay. For example, each day I found fresh fruit and yogurt waiting for me. Michael also gave excellent recommendations for local bakeries and restaurants, many of which I tried and loved. I felt completely at home. The bedroom is spacious, comfortable, with lots of natural light, and it has direct access to a terrace. It is also ideal for working remotely, which was important for me. The surroundings are charming, with beautiful spots along the lake, just a few minutes from the apartment, which were perfect for eating, swimming, or simply enjoying the beautiful views of the lake and mountains. I would definitely stay here again if I have the chance.

I had a wonderful time staying at Raphael’s place. The place is at a quiet and peaceful location , yet accessible by public transport. The room and washrooms were clean and just how it is described in the listing. The views from balcony are great too. This place is a steal deal. Raphael and family are very kind and friendly hosts. Raphael helped me with transferring my suitcase and dropped me to the nearest train station. I would like to stay here again on my next Switzerland visit.

The house is absolutely amazing!!! The view is a million dollar view.. sunset from the terrace was sooo amazing! Armend and Alyssa are so friendly and even gifted us a bottle of wine.. very responsive to our requests too.. it’s absolutely the best place to stay.. my 10yo son said it’s the best accommodation we had so far! Highly recommend to drive to the accommodation as it’s not easy to climb up the slopes..

Wir hatten sofort einen supernetten Kontakt, fast wie bei alten Freunden und wir haben vor, spätestens im nächsten Jahr wiederzukommen. Die Wohnung hat einen sehr wertigen Einrichtungsstil, der Pool eine sehr schöne Größe und die Terrasse kann man super genießen, da die Umgebung ruhig ist. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und haben auch eine abendliche Einladung zum Apero mit Nick und Patricia sehr genossen. Das Frühstücken am Pool auf der Terrasse werden wir wohl noch eine Weile vermissen.

Super séjour chez Carlos. L’emplacement et la vue était incroyable. Nous avons passé une bonne soirée et nuit dans cette coloc de 5 chambres où nous avons pu rencontrer d’autres voyageurs très sympathiques. Le logement était propre. Carlos attentif. Les lits étaient confortables. Un excellent rapport qualité prix vu le secteur.
