Part of a former wine producing farm built over 300 years ago, Le Petit Chaudenas features a beautiful, large swimming pool and is set in over 5 Hectares of private garden and woodlands. Located in the tiny hamlet of Toury in the Mâconnais region with its famous Appellations Villages: Pouilly-Fuissé, Saint-Véran, Viré-Clessé, the area is ideal for wine tasting as well as being only 10 mins drive from Cormatin, the community of Taizé and the historical town of Cluny.

Our cottage was partly renovated by us to make it a welcoming and relaxing place. This old barn where my grandfather and then my dad pressed the grapes, from this time there remains the screw of the press which proudly stands in the center of the living room. The charm of the old meets the comfort of modern materials, we hope you will find in this place a haven of peace to recharge your batteries. Our small hamlet is located in the Burgundian countryside. Parking is available in our private courtyard, a remote control to open the gate is provided. Our house is 15 minutes from the highway, Mâcon, 15 minutes from Cluny, 20 minutes from Roche de Solutré. Towels and bed linen are provided.

Charming chalet in Cormatin

Beautiful chalet nestled in a garden in the heart of Cormatin, village of South Burgundy, near a seventeenth century castle, not far from Cluny and its abbey, on the wine route. A beautiful veranda, a real room to live in, adds to the comfort of the place. It was very close to Taize. You can enjoy the garden and all the equipment of the chalet with peace of mind.

Simple, small apartment in a beautiful valley. Near Cluny (6km) and Taizé (9km), 25 minutes from Macon, 22 minutes from the motorway at Macon and my preferred route if you travel from the North is the D981 through Buxy and Cormatin, the wine route which is magnificent, particularly in October, a sea of gold.
