House was very clean and spacious. The outdoor space was great, and the house has lots of amenities that came in handy

We stay in the Bradenton/AMI area yearly and Richard’s house was exactly what we were looking for. Nice quiet neighborhood on the canal and just a few minutes drive to the beach and shops. The spacious kitchen and living area was fantastic for preparing meals and still enjoyed being connected with the group. The bedrooms and bathrooms are updated and very comfortable. Richard was very responsive and communicated very well. We did have a couple small hiccups with some electrical breakers from the tropical storm that hit the area just before our stay but Richard gave us a heads up ahead of time and communicated all updates regarding repair. Thankfully all issues were very minor and we were able to enjoy our vacation with minimal adjustments. The house has some basic cooking seasonings but lots of cooking utensils and pots/pans. A few small pool towels were there but I do recommend bringing beach towels as he suggests in his listing. A few beach chairs and coolers also available.

We had the most wonderful 5 days here. House and pool were amazing. Heated outdoor shower was great for after the beach. Beach is less than a 5minute walk away. We walked there several times at sunset and got beautiful photos. restaurants and shopping near by. we will definitely be back!

Our stay at Casa Bonita was truly a five star experience. The location was great, just steps from the beach access crossing and bridge street where we enjoyed, shops, dining and drinks. No ubers needed! The actual space itself exceeded our expectations. There is plenty of space for lounging inside and out. The pool area offered shading and full sun areas, with games and a bathroom/shower located outside for easy rinsing off. The garage had everything we needed for the perfect beach trip including towels, floats and a wagon. Kitchen and bedrooms were very clean with all of the essentials. And our host Kelly was very responsive with anything we needed. We will certainly be back to Casa Bonita!

Our stay was awesome! Such a great place with a perfect amount of space! Very clean! Pool was a great addition and the hosts were very accommodating and responsive! We have a GREAT stay!

Great place to stay with the family. Lots to do at the house to keep little ones, teens and adults entertained. The place is not far from the beach at all unless it is on Saturday when everyone is checking in or out of their rentals. Keep that in mind for your beach adventures. Otherwise, super close to everything!!! Nathan had everything there for you. Beach towels! Kitchen essentials! Very nice rental! Would stay there again!

Very lovely home. I stayed here for 3 days and I don’t have any complaints. The pool is amazing, the house is spotless, private and has everything you need. The location is great. Great house and greats hosts!

This place was great. The location is perfect in that it is not far away from other places, such as the great beaches and restaurants. It is also conveniently in walkable distance to the nearest publix which makes buying groceries very easy. The place itself is great and very comfortable, the pool area is also great. Most of the time we considered if we should leave the house or not just because of how much we could do inside of the house ! The host was very responsive and understanding, overall i would definitely book here again.

5 Star for sure, hands down, book this house! Things to note: 1. The house is only a few feet away from the main road and on busy weekends there is a huge line of cars from sunset to about 11pm. Some cars are louder than others. Midweek is much better with less cars. The positive: ultra convenient access to the beach. It’s unmatched. 2. One toilet - the house sleeps 7, we had 6. It can get a little dicey at times but ultimately no problem- bonus is the downstairs shower. Really cool. 3. The loft is really cool but the ladder is steep. We had three older boys and they did just fine. Overall - book this house. You can’t get better access to the beach and you’re right up the road from Bridge St. The house had toys, umbrella and chairs… plus a down stairs fridge as well. The house has cool history and the host is exceptional. Check-in and check-out was the easiest of any rental ever. Not kidding…

Such a perfect escape for a family or a group of friends! The backyard feels like you’re in a private tropical paradise. There are so many amenities in this home you barely need to leave! On days you want to hit the beach, it’s only about 10-15 minutes to get to Anna Maria Island - very convenient location. This was one of our favorite rentals which is well documented by all the photos we took throughout the home - swimming in the pristine pool with the waterfall and fire features glowing, playing golf, watching movies in the theatre, sun bathing on the real sand beach with tiki hut, beautiful loungers and so much more! We already have ideas about the different groups of friends we want to share this property with! Such a score and the hosts are delightful too!!

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The place was spotless, beautifully decorated, and exactly as described—if not better. Every little detail had clearly been thought through. The neighborhood was charming and safe, we appreciated being on the canal and being able to bring our boat. But what truly made this stay special were the hosts. John and Paulina were incredibly kind, responsive, and went out of their way to make sure we had a comfortable and memorable experience. They checked in to make sure everything was going smoothly (without being intrusive at all). We're coming back for sure!

Words can't describe what this place looks and feels like! It is beautiful, comfortable and accessible. If you are looking for a nice place to stay and enjoy the beach and pool all day, this is the spot. It has all the necessary amenities for the trip. They do have beach chairs, cart, umbrella and beach toys. The arrival and check in was no hassle at all, had no need to contact the host, as everything was well taken care of and it had written detailed instructions for further assistance. The BEACH is extremely beautiful.

This cottage was cozy and beautiful. It had everything you needed and more. It was in a nice, quiet neighborhood & a close drive to the beach. We loved having access to the beach gear & the backyard had everything you could dream of. The hosts were friendly and helpful.

I had a great experience staying at this Airbnb! The place was exactly as described clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed for a smooth stay. Place was beautiful, very clean, loved the pool and backyard. Jennifer is amazing host, responds fast and provided clear instructions. Restaurants, stores and beach is walking distance and you have everything you need in the house. I had great experience. Highly recommend it and definitely worth the price.

You’ll LOVE THIS PLACE. Looks exactly like the pictures. The place is so clean. The beds and bathrooms were spotless. 2 King size beds and the bunks are even comfortable. They have sunblock and mosquito repellant, lots of towels. A keurig with coffee pods. A blow dryer. The couch is huge and comfortable. Every room has a tv to relax in. Hot water STAYS hot. The pool is warm and perfect. They have a grill! We grilled and swam on Father’s Day after a hot day at the beach. It was such a perfect stay. The kitchen is huge and comes with everything you need. They have a washer and dryer even pods. It was so homey with so much to do. You don’t even need to leave lol! I wish it wasn’t in such high demand, so it was more affordable. My one and only complaint, the affordability. Nice places cost money though. We’d stay here often if we could. Definitely want to come back. Book it, you won’t regret it. Thank you for having us 🩷

Perfection! House is lovely, beautifully decorated, and has everything you need - from a well equipped kitchen to beach gear to pool toys. We really enjoyed the comfortable patio, the pool was refreshing, and it was a walkable/bikeable area. At first my grand girls were a little disappointed not being on Anna Marie Island but after one day, we agreed it was so much better to be a 10 minutes drive away and be able to come back to this peaceful oasis after the crowds & traffic & activities. We went to every beach, shopped at the Bridge, snorkeled, kayaked, hiked, tanned, played in the waves, & even drove to the Mote Aquarium in Sarasota (terrific) on the rainy day. There is a lovely little park about 1/2 mile away that we walked to twice around 7 pm to visit with 3 manatees that would magically appear. Amazing! Dustin was super responsive & he makes it so easy to enjoy the house and its amenities - very simple instructions and not a list of things to do. Again, perfection!

We had a great stay at this beautiful and spacious home in Bradenton. It was perfect for our group, with comfortable bedrooms and a well-equipped kitchen. The pool area was very enjoyable refreshing after hot beach days. The location is excellent, just under 15 minutes from the beach and close to stores, restaurants, and markets. The house also includes beach gear, which was super convenient. There’s a grill area and a yard with games for everyone to enjoy. The lake view made our morning coffee even better. My family and I were very happy with our stay and would definitely book again!

Our family had a great stay at Jalark’s place. He was very responsive when we had a few questions. Backyard is an oasis. That was the best part of our stay. Make sure to check out the local meat market and fire up some steaks on the Traeger!
