In the heart of Montemor is Casa do Castelo, fully restored, to enjoy good times with family or friends. The castle house is located next to several points of interest in the city of Montemor-o-Novo, such as the Castle (450 meters), the Mother Church (350 meters), the Curvo Semedo Cine-theater (500 meters), the Convent of Our Lady of Saudação (350 meters), the Convent of São Domingos (350 meters), the Bullfighting Square (450 meters), among others. It is also close to services such as restaurants and supermarkets.

Arriving at Olival de São Filipe means first stopping to take in the view. The high location of the seven-hectare estate provides rich vistas. “Even more beautiful than in the pictures”, is a frequently heard response. The panorama is varied and changes constantly under the influence of the sun, clouds and water. The blue consists of a living room with an equipped kitchenette, double sofa bed, TV, Wi-Fi, air-conditioning, 1 bedroom with a double bed and 1 bathroom. Maximum accommodation for 4 people. Garden with swimming pool, barbecue, sun loungers, hammocks, garden dining areas and two small lakes. Pets are not allowed. PLEASE NOTE: WE HAVE 7 CATS. The garden and pool are shared by the two accommodations. The garden has 2 surveillance cameras.

What we found led us to want to build a new project, to provide those who wish to enjoy a few days in the tranquility of this space. Zé House

The house stands out for its modern architecture, integrated in the historic center of Palmela. Zé House was the name given by the architects. A simple house whose architecture sought to assert itself in a secular context due to its contemporary character, establishing not only a geometric relationship with the surroundings but also a chromatic relationship. The result was a surprising and welcoming space.
