We stayed at 6 Blyth View for one week as a family and we throughly recommend it to anyone looking for a lovely getaway in a peaceful location. The cottage is part of a lovely estate in a very peaceful and thoughtfully designed setting with amazing grounds overlooking fields to the East so you can stunning sunset views. It’s a short drive from wonderful Southwold and several neighbouring villages with great pubs offering decent food options as well as lovely drives to explore the surrounding areas. The cottage is perfectly equipped with all facilities working perfectly, a very well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms offering plenty of storage space plus a perfect living room space and indoor and outdoor dining. Parking is situated close to the property. In addition, the (bookable timeslots) gym, swimming pool and games room were much fun and we very much enjoyed. Highly recommend this property and thank you to the attentive host for great support and communication when needed 🙏🏼

We had a lovely couple of nights here. James was great and responded quickly, the house was clean and felt like home, the beds were really comfy too! It’s a great location, the bar on site served delicious food and lots of places nearby to explore. We will be back!

We all loved our stay here, beautiful memories made in a place that is the epitome of what you need for the most authentic British seaside holiday and experience. The space is spotless and in the best location on site. Everything you could possibly need is there and it just made it so easy to just get on and enjoy our precious family time!

Was perfect for what we needed park was nice and peaceful this time of year, caravan was lovely and clean, kitchen well stocked up with utensils pans etc there’s a onsite restaurant which is good reasonably priced food and drinks. Passes for park are £12 per person a week which you purchase extra as it’s a private listing , we used caravan while our house was being renovated so perfect local base for us, we have 2 dogs so this caravan is nicely placed out of main area so it’s peaceful no noise from people or cars going past to get home after entertainment etc, Definitely recommend to anyone we had no issues while we stayed so didn’t need to contact owner Thank you for letting us stay at your home

A lovely cosy and comfortable cottage, everything we needed. Appreciated the welcome hamper and little touches. The view was fabulous, enjoyed watching rabbits grazing on the lawn every evening and even had a visit from a mother and baby deer. Central for all the exploring of the broads we wanted to do and a relaxing place to come home to at the end of each day. Comfortable beds, lovely linen and soft towels. Everything we needed for a time out and renewing stay. Thank you.

Stayed at Dairy Lodge. Felt very comfortable and at home the moment we walked in. Comfortable beds and good shower. Everything we could want was there The surroundings are stunning, lovely evening walks and the beach being so close was a bonus. The host meet us there and have some great recommendations for the local area. Will definitely book again

Lovely modern house with everything you need for your stay. Secured back yard for furry friends. Excellent location for dog friendly beach and coastal walks. Great fish and chips just 100m down the road. Local pubs within walking distance. Lots of on street parking in a friendly neighbourhood. Host was great at replying to messages. Definitely a beach retreat.

We had a lovely stay at Tom’s. It was a last minute trip for a little getaway reading retreat from the city and we had such a relaxing time. Tom was very responsive and gave us a great deal when we reached out to him. He was very accommodating and flexible with the booking dates and early check-in. The area is lovely, we went for a walk around the broads and caught a local speed boat competition which was fun to watch from The Commodore - great pub and outdoor space. The bedrooms were spacious and comfy - didn’t mind the noise too much. I stayed in the front bedroom and the noise from the main road didn’t bother my sleep at all. We cooked for every meal and the kitchen and dining space are so lovely, modern and clean. The house manual is super helpful for all appliances and getting comfortable in the house. Overall, great stay and would recommend!

Lovely stay for a sunny weekend family getaway. Dax was really responsive and helpful, the house was lovely and only 10 mins to Gorlestone beach which was amazing for the kids with the free splash park and expansive gorgeous sand. Lots of amenities were provided and the hot tub was a great addition for chilled evenings. All round a great stay- would recommend!

The Lite House is a very special place for a big group looking for a memorable holiday. We had a wonderful few days with our children, playing on the beach and exploring the Suffolk and Norfolk coast. The Lite House is better than the photos with heaps of space for families to spread out and relax. We loved how many children’s games and toys were in the house to play with.

Beautifully Farmhouse with everything you need. Quality furnishings, linen etc. Extremely well equiped kitchen. There was even a playroom with toys which wasn't mentioned. Very safe enclosed garden for a two and five year old to play in. It might be worth mentioning that there were 5 beautiful large shower rooms but no actual bath. Didn't bother us, but maybe worth taking a small baby bath if you have a non standing infant. We had a fabulous stay. Great for an exstended family as there was plenty of space to share or be alone. We had a truly faultless stay – the barn had everything we could possibly need and more. The guide provided was incredibly helpful, with excellent local recommendations that made exploring the area easy and enjoyable. The location is stunning, with beautiful views and a peaceful atmosphere. Emma gave us a warm welcome on arrival, and the welcome treats were a lovely touch. Our 19-month-old and dog were both really well catered for – the stair gates, toys, and secure private garden made a huge difference and helped us all relax. There’s a balcony overlooking the fields which both our child and dog loved looking out from. The fresh eggs from Emma’s chickens were a real highlight each morning. Every little detail was thoughtfully considered, making it a really enjoyable and comfortable stay. Emma has clearly put a lot of care into creating a fantastic experience for guests. We’d highly recommend staying here and would love to return in the future.
