Apartment next to the beach, in a quiet and family area. It has 2 paddle tennis courts, an adult and children's pool, 2 parks and beautiful gardens. It is on the ground floor without steps, porch and private garden, garage in the basement, elevators, etc. Punta Candor beach is 180m away (with lifeguard, bathrooms, beach bar, showers in summer) and Los Corrales beach is 300m away (with Buda Candor beach bar). There is pedestrian path between pine trees and bike path that leads to the center of Rota (2km away).

It is a separate space, a loft, private with key, in a historic old building, completely renovated. Exceptional location and lots of charm, the decor is Nordic style with fir wood floors, give warmth, comfort and create a cozy atmosphere, is the second floor, with ceilings of 5 meters high which is where the loft is located. I live on the same floor and share door to the floor but the loft is a space, independent and private key exclusively for guest use.
