First, the positive: The hosts are exceptionally friendly, helpful & always available (even at night). The cameras were also deactivated on request. The location is quiet & private. For motorsport fans, the proximity to the race track is a highlight - usually only audible on weekends. The garden offers a small slide, swing and grill. Especially pleasant: air conditioning in all rooms. A few tips for realistic expectations: The pool is smaller than expected, but refreshing. The beach Playa L'Almadrava is not within walking distance directly around the corner but can be reached quickly by car (Info: from there you can see a nuclear power plant – but it did not bother us). The house was basically clean, but there were some mold spots in the bathrooms. A car is necessary, as there is only a small bar and a supermarket with very limited opening hours nearby. Too bad: bed linen and towels cost extra. Conclusion: We had a very nice time overall. Thank you!

We had a great time. We loved getting to know this area, the tranquility and kindness of the people. The owner is very kind and approachable, as is the neighbor on the left. They were very thoughtful with us. They are excellent people. The exteriors are wonderful, the pool with the porch all equipped, the interior is all clean and completely renovated, you feel at home. We will definitely stay here again. We would repeat it without a doubt!

The villa matches the listing description in every way and has all the necessary amenities for a good vacation on site. Ruben is a very friendly and responsive host, we had a wonderful stay with the family in his villa. I would highly recommend it to all travelers who want an exotic and quiet place. I won't hesitate to go back.

Very cozy house in a very good location the area is very quiet, perfect for spending the holidays with family or friends, everything super clean the one equipped with everything you could need!, And Oscar is a wonderful guy, very attentive to everything we needed, we will repeat 100%!!

Excellent house, absolutely clean and very modern, we felt right at home. A bathroom for each room, kitchen had everything you need. Cozy terrace with grill, we thought it was great. Our hostess Ivone was always available and took care of everything directly. So if we ever come back to Alcossebre, it will only be in this house. It was the best vacation home we've ever been to. We had a great week, 4 adults and 2 kids, enjoyed the pool and was a 2 min walk to restaurants, beach and shops for the basics. The place was clean and tidy, well looked after and was definately a home away from home. The outdoor space is especially nice, we spent most of our time sat outside enjpoying the weather. Cambrils itself has lots going on, especially if you like food, with a fair few shops to spend your money in! It's about 10 or 15 min walk from the house, along the beachfront and past a couple of parks. The beach was pretty quiet when we went and good for splashing about and swimming, and because it's so close to the house you can easily head down for a bit and pop back for breaks, but there are a couple of nice bars and restaurants at that exact spot that are good too.

The location is very nice. The way to the beach is a little bit too far away for us. You need a car to get there. But the house is very beautiful and big enough for the recommended number of persons. The hosts are very friendly, the communication was always fast and we could ask anything before, during and after our stay. We can totally recommend this location.

We felt right at home at Mireia’s place, beautiful location just a few minutes walk down to the nearest beach and on the walking trail. Cosy little flat with everything you may need. Mireia was also very flexible with our need to check in and out and different times, thank you again!

We had an amazing stay. Gloria Was incredibly friendly and helpful. the house is very homely with really all you need and more! The kitchen is extremly well equipped and there was even a bbq outside. Most of the time we were the only ones around the pool (mid june), there is a parking spot, restaurants and beaches are just 10 minutes away. Very interesting neighborhood, as there is a closed golf club and closed resort in it, so very few people were around, very peaceful (as of summer 2025). We can 100%recommend!

Charly is an outstanding host - so accommodating, friendly, helpful, and really wanted us to enjoy his space and his neighborhood. The apartment is beautiful, very clean and fresh, fully stocked with all the necessities and more. The view and peacefulness from the private balcony is unmatched. As a host, Charly met us at check in, showed us how to work everything, and even personally drove us to the local train station so that we could find the way. I hope someday to return just to be able to stay at Charly’s place and enjoy the space.

This is our second time in the house. We had a great stay and would definitely recommend it.
