Holiday rentals with beach access in Costa del Este

impeccable location!! we were greeted by Ramón and we really want it! super attentive solved everything we asked for and more, when we arrived we had been assigned a depto above and we were with a person who could not climb stairs and were so kind to change us at the time the depto for one down, and provide us with everything we needed , very well equipped the kitchen . we'll definitely be back!

Everything was perfect! We were going to stay 1 week and in the end we liked the place that we stayed 2 so much! The place is super relaxed and with a private patio for our dog.

The apartment has everything you need to stay, comfortable mattresses sheets and clean towels, fully equipped kitchen, meters from the sea with private entrance to the beach, an incredible view in which you can see the sunrise sitting on the armchair, clean and tidy, garage next to the elevator. It is perfectly located, you can get downtown by walking and enjoy a walk in the forest. We went as a family and had a great time. Pablo is a total boss!! Thank you Pablo !! We shall be back !!

We thoroughly enjoyed our time at Javier's place! We couldn't believe how close we were to the ocean -- you can see it from the bed. :) The place was super comfortable and Javier and his spouse were so kind and welcoming. Highly recommend!

We were very happy with the apartment, it is very modern both inside and the building and has everything you need to enjoy a vacation as a couple. It's just as it appears in the photos. Bautista's place is excellent: spacious, well equipped and perfect for accommodating up to 8 people comfortably. We were greeted with a wine and some snacks, a good detail for arrival. Bautista was always very attentive and responded immediately to our queries. In addition, it was very flexible with check-in times, allowing us to enter several hours earlier than stipulated. A highly recommended place for a comfortable and hassle-free stay.

The stay at the house of Marcelo and Andres was impeccable, the house has everything to rest, feel at home and an amazing grill. Very friendly hosts, they allowed us to check out late without any problems. The house is very quiet, it is close to the beach and the super. Everything can be done by foot. Anyway, a very good experience and totally recommended.

The best accommodation in Costa Esmeralda! Perfectly clean. The house is new and well equipped, everything is there. The hosts are very responsive. 5 minutes' walk to the beach. The location is perfect ! We always feel at home here. I want to go back again, and again.

Laura was an amazing hostess—always attentive and available to answer any questions or concerns we had. The house is beautiful, very comfortable, and fully equipped with everything needed for the six of us who stayed there. The central heating worked perfectly, and the water pressure in the showers was excellent—small details that made a big difference. The decor is beautiful, creating a cozy and stylish atmosphere throughout the house. We also really enjoyed the large garden, which gave us plenty of space to relax, and the parrilla (barbecue grill) was very useful for outdoor meals. The access to the property is easy, and the area is very well secured, which made us feel safe at all times. The good condition of the roads also made it easy to get to both Cariló and Pinamar. I honestly can’t wait to come back and enjoy this wonderful place again. Thank you for everything, Laura!

Very comfortable and is as shown in the photos of the publication, very few meters from the beach, the bedroom is very comfortable, it is excellent that it has 2 bathrooms with showers, the terrace a 10. Javier was a genius, he was always very attentive from before getting there, during the stay and until we left the depto. We will definitely be back.

A stunningly equipped apartment next to the ocean. There was everything you needed and even more. You could watch the sunset from the balcony, and the beach was only a 3-minute walk away. We really wanted to stay longer.

100% recommended. The apartment is beautiful, bright, and has everything you need for a pleasant stay. Unbeatable location, quiet area (neighborhood and beach), a few blocks from downtown, a few blocks from the Barrio del Jagüel. Special mention for Ignacio who welcomed us and was pending all the time with communication. Also thanks to Daniel for his kindness when we left, and the opportunity they gave us to stay a few more hours because of the issue of luggage. We will definitely be back as soon as possible.
