Wanting to escape the Canadian winter, I was looking for a quiet location where I could work, where my big dog could roam freely. This place was everything I needed and more! As mentioned in most comments, Fernando is the most welcoming, thoughtful yet discreet host, and I found his place truly felt like home. I ended up staying several months! I loved the spacious property featuring a terrace restaurant, unrestricted access to the pool and lagoon. Rooms are very simple but well equipped and comfortable. The highlight? the rooms' private terrace with breathtaking lagoon views. I spent hours in my hammock soaking in stunning sunrises and sunsets over the water & mountains. It’s peaceful yet never dull. Another standout: Sandra’s homemade meals, ranging from seafood dishes to classic burgers, all made from scratch. My dog had the best winter of his life, swimming and being around people every day. Whether you are a couple, family or group of friends, **I highly recommend**

The sunny room was 10/10, super nice, very clean, clean sheets, clean towels, clean bathroom! Very comfortable bed, it had air conditioning and also a ceiling fan. Everything is very quiet, no cars pass, no noise, at night you could only hear a bird that was a little annoying at the time, but then you get used to it, the pool was fantastic, the water was super delicious, my son was happy to be in the chapoteadero, in reality we were only my husband, my son and I, there were more guests but they were not in the pool more than on one occasion, so you can say that the pool was for us alone. The people I had contact with were always attentive and very kind when I had any questions or concerns. They always responded promptly and were super kind. I really recommend this place 100%. It was very comfortable. I would definitely go back.

The stay was incredible, the place is impeccable, everything is very clean. The pool area is very nice. The area where it is located is one short walk from the beach. You can go for a walk and you find many restaurants. Nancy was very kind. She greeted us and fired us very nice. The staff that support it is very attentive. They made us very good recommendations for breakfast places. We will definitely be back here!

We had an incredible stay at this beautiful apartment! It’s just a two-minute walk to the surf, yet feels incredibly peaceful and private. The house is thoughtfully designed, staying cool even without air conditioning. The patio and garden are lovely, with charming cats and a friendly dog adding to the experience. Maura was a fantastic host—super responsive and always available. We highly recommend this place and can’t wait to return soon!

Excellent accommodation, perfect location for those who want to walk to the beach, there are too many restaurants nearby and the center of zihuatanejo is quite close by car. Inside the building everything was perfect, without any inconvenience about it, it has the pool right in front of the room. Edgar kept in constant contact and if something was missing, he would respond super fast. In the building there are very friendly people who help them in anything. I highly recommend Edgar's stay and we would definitely come back.

For the price this is a great place to stay. Clean, adequate room with good A/C and a great pool literally a step from front door. Restaurant and bar with good food and great drinks, try the Rum Punch! Host is friendly, easy to work with and very responsive. Would definitely stay here again.
