Chalet holiday rentals in Costa Occidental

A wonderful spacious quiet home from home, with a lovely gated garden. we arrived off season which is anytime before mid June so the pool wasn't accessible. We had a wonderful time ate every evening in the garden watching the birds and later bats flying about. The beds were really comfortable and the kitchen well equipped. for example a bottle of olive oil which was great. it's about 15 mins walk to the bus station but at certain times of the day the bus stops near the house. we would definitely stay again.

It's accurate Rafa is very nice and made it easy for us.

We really enjoyed our stay in Sanlucar. Victors house is in a very quiet street even though its only a couple of minutes walk to local bars, restaurants and a very good small supermarket. Easy 30 minute walk into the centre of the city and a 15 min walk to the beach.

to spend a few days on the beach the location is fantastic, quiet area. very well equipped.

Gabriel's house is really right by the sea and beach. On the terrace you can enjoy fantastic sunsets and watch the passing ships. You can take long beach walks from the garden. Seville, Jerez, Cádiz and many beautiful white villages are less than one hour drive away. We had a great time as a family of five. The house offers relaxed space for everyone.

Our congratulations to this accommodation and its hosts! We went on a family vacation and there were no problems. The villa is great, super clean and comfortable, you feel like you're in your own home. With all the comforts, they have air conditioning in all the rooms but we did not need to use it at any time, because when the windows were opened, the cool air came in. The fully equipped kitchen did not lack a single item. We loved the patio, especially for the child. There was plenty of space, and we could even put a small pool for him to play in. The hosts were great and very kind, we were able to be in contact with them at all times. Upon entering the villa, you will find several masks, hydroalcoholic gel and disinfectant spray. Great location, close to downtown and even closer to the beach. We'll definitely be back next year. Thank you so much for everything.

A very nice house and good views. If you are looking to walk to the beach, it is a 15-minute drive, but this type of chalet is not right on the beach.

We had a great two weeks, a family of 16! The location cannot be better, the sunsets are spectacular, plenty of space for children to play, and a direct descent to the beach. Ramon was always available, lovely. All the extras were very clear from the beginning and we have all stayed delighted. We hope to do it again soon!!

Our stay was incredible. Pedro was so responsive and welcoming. We are Muslim and without informing him he provided a basket of goodies that suit our dietary requirements, it was super thoughtful. They really go out of their way to make sure you have a great stay! The villa was beautiful and even better than the pictures, if we could have we would have extended our stay. There is everything you could possibly need for a comfortable stay! They were also flexible around checking in early which was lovely. Pedro also provided a list of recommendations for different amenities and excursions. Most places are 10-15 minutes drive which was good. The airport takes 40 mins to drive to. And different areas outside of Albufeira are mostly 30-40 minutes away. Perfect location if you want to be near popular attractions, but still have peace and privacy.

Perfect accommodation for a family, to enjoy the coast and the beach (100m away), very peaceful area and free parking in front of the house (mid-April, before the Easter w-e). 2.5 km from the city center, a few restaurants nearby. Lots of garden furniture/terrace, nice foosball, but hammock and umbrella not available. Well-equipped kitchen/laundry room.

We spent 4  lovely weeks in this house. Unfortunetly, because of the Corona pandemic, we had to leave two weeks prematurely. We were the first guests and therefore there were quite some things that did not work as expected. Although we have never met Nathalie she sent her brother to sort things out. Within no time everything was fixed. It was wintertime. In daytime, weather was mostly nice but the early mornings and after 5 pm the temperature was low. The house was cold then, which is very good with the heat in summer of course. The heaters helped us to stay warm. You could reach the second bathroom from the outside, which was too cold for us. The house has everything you need: good beds, very good internet, it was clean. The garden is lovely to sit in but it needs maintenance. We were told that because of an environmental law, they could do nothing about the trees. The house and garden were very private. And last but not least: the lovely beach and sea only 200 m away. So great to be so near. If we could come next year, we certainly consider to try and stay in this place again! Thank you so much Natalia! Thank you so much José for your help and advice. I've known the area for many years, but it's my first time using a place like this. The house is a gem in front of the Flecha del Rompido. It's fantastic to rest. It's a great location to enjoy beaches. The best of sunrise and sunset. The orientation is south. And it has all kinds of services within walking distance. If you don't want to move the car you can do it all by foot. I recommend it for both family and friends. The bedrooms are spacious and with the bathroom built in. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended in every way.

It was without a doubt a wonderful stay, the location is perfect, in the lsdo del mar, a very quiet area. The house has everything you need, but best of all was Pilar's kindness, she is a perfect host, she certainly will repeat for sure.

The hostess was on the lookout and good communication, the house was spotless,all the utensils that could be needed in the kitchen, very comfortable beds and the house was very fresh. Highly recommend

We were very comfortable during the stay. Juan has been an exceptional host. The house is very well located just a few meters from the beach in an urbanization with all the amenities and with the possibilities to visit due to its proximity to populations such as Chipiona, Sanlúcar, Puerto de Santa María or Cádiz. A highly recommended stay.

House very well located,comfortable and with spectacular views;the treatment with Simón is very good with disposition and desire that everything was pleasant. Unique sticks not to be able to park the car inside due to problems of construction on the driveway, but not Simon's dependents at 100 per 100. In short, a very good experience,I would repeat.

Ana's house on the front line of the sea was great, the location, the cleanliness, the space, with everything we needed, as if we were at home. We loved it and Ana is a great host, always attentive and very kind.
