We felt very comfortable at the place. Very, very clean, great amenities and lots of details, that really deserves praise. You can see the advantages when a private host like Gian Luca and his mom take care of everything with a lot of love. We were able to grill three times, mega! We thought it was great overall! Tips for beaches: We found everything between Badesi and Marinedda better than the beach in La Caccia (but of course it's also good).

Everything was perfect. The apartment was really clean and convenient, the rooftop was just awesome, and the location was great. Cristiana was very responsive and gave us lots of good advice. Thanks a lot, and I hope to see you again soon!

This place is one in a million because it is a reflection of an authentic , organic and natural Sardinian experience . No frills , no excess and very minimalist with the most spectacular and beautiful surroundings. Cannot go wrong staying here . Had a fantastic stay. We were also able to check in early. The house is nicely secluded. In the evening, sitting outside for a long time. It is wise to bring some mosquito spray. The small supermarket is the town is close by to get bread in the morning. Nicky is super responsive if you need to know something. Unfortunately during our stay a problem with the internet provider that I think also provides the telephony signal. Also with your phone at the cottage not enough signal to be able to get messages. If you walk to the other side of the road, slightly up the hill, there is welcome. This location is highly recommended.

We had an amazing stay with our toddler. We enjoyed the view, the garden, the beach within 5 min walk. Sara was very helpfull and responsive.

The stay with Marie was great. The house and location corresponds exactly to the description and pictures. The house is fully equipped and very clean. Shopping is available in Stintino. Everything worked smoothly. Marie is always available and very helpful.

We stayed at Martina’s place for couple nights and we loved it! Place is very quite, clean and Martina served us perfect breakfast! Best of luck!

Very cozy house. Easy to reach and in a really strategic location, located in the center, with everything easily accessible on foot. The house is very clean. Gabriella is a perfect hostess. She greeted us personally and provided us with small welcome greetings in the kitchen. We felt comfortable immediately, the reception was very warm and friendly. Gabriella gave us great tips for restaurants, excursions and also reserved these for us. She was always available and took great care of us. The accommodation is beautifully located on a top well-maintained property with a fantastic garden and a great pool, it doesn't get any better. The place is even nicer than the pictures. Thank you very much for an unforgettable and all-round perfect vacation, we will definitely come back and can highly recommend Gabriella and her family as hosts.

We had a fantastic holiday at this beautiful apartment. You couldn’t ask for a better location - literally 2 mins walk from a beautiful private beach, and 5 mins from a huge pool on the quiet resort. Elisa was an amazing host and so helpful with everything - she even booked us a restaurant recommendation as we weren’t confident speaking Italian! Parking was easy and not too far from the apartment: 20 or so steps. We stayed for two weeks with our three year old and we had plenty of space, he loved sleeping in the bottom bunk bed (Elisa kindly provided us with a toddler bed guard). The view from the big balcony couldn’t be better. We couldn’t recommend this place enough and will definitely be back!

Very cosy and privat place. Everything was perfect and as expected. Many very useful and detailed recommendations. Could even do a late check out on the departure day - many thanks for this extra service. Highly recommend this place with many beautiful beaches close by and easy to reach by car.

Emanuele was very kind, the house is really equipped with everything. Supermarkets and bars a stone's throw from home. To get to downtown San Teodoro only 8 min by car, great location. It takes less than 10 minutes by car to get to the nearest beach. 100% recommended

Wonderful stay, the house was spotless, well maintained and correctly equiped. The place could use a microwave but not necessarily a must have from my point of view. Swimming pool is a nice add traveling with kids. One thing though I d mentioned, and it could be a translation issue but Olbia is not at walking distance rather 10 min by car. Other than that the beaches nearby are stunning and less crowded than the more popular ones around. Probably your best options to enjoy an afternoon at the beach nearby.

Beautiful accommodation by the sea. My friend and I spent a week in this amazing house right by the sea. Perfect place for relaxing with the sound of the sea and the view of the sunset from the beautiful terrace! Stunning view! Tennis players may enjoy the private tennis court by the sea. The house is equipped with everything, clean and feels like home. Shops close by car from 5 to 10 minutes. In 10meter you are in the water! Daniel is a really nice guy and very easy to communicate with. Also, he cared a lot about us, and he shared his knowledge about this area with pleasure. The house is close to beautiful old towns like Alghero or Castelsardo (30 min. by car) and the city of Sassari, as well as great beaches. We will recommend this place and would come again.

Great stay at Pietro and Tania's!! A big thank you for their hospitality, their generosity. We spent 11 days at their home, the house was perfectly equipped, everything is there for a great vacation, quiet and peaceful, and a very nice pool, we are delighted, we recommend ++++

We had a wonderful week staying at Michele's house. Everything you need is available in the house. The interior design is very tasteful. We were on site with a small dog who felt very comfortable in the garden.

The house is very well located, a 5-minute walk from the beautiful beach of La Pelosa. The house was very well cared for and clean, it has a very nice outdoor space. The host, Giannella, is very helpful and welcoming. Excellent option for a few days at the beach in La Pelosa!

We really appreciated the privacy, the cleanliness of the apartment and the quiet area. Our two kids loved the pool so much that they sometimes wanted to stay there rather than go to the beach. The beautiful beaches of the northeast coast of Sardinia are easily accessible by car from this location (30-45 minute drive). Thanks for everything!
