Beachfront holiday rental in Costa Rei

Carlotta made our stay so easy and straightforward - we couldn’t ask for more. The place was really lovely and spacious, with everything we needed. We loved the garden! We walked to Punta Molentis from the apartment which was a great way to experience more of the local area.

Very nice little beach house with everything you need for a nice beach vacation. We felt very comfortable from the beginning. The proximity to the 7km long sandy beach was excellent. The contact with Marcus, the property manager, was great and very friendly. We would definitely come back.

This house was absolutely amazing. I took a bunch of my friends here for my birthday and we had the best time. The house was very clean and modern with comfortable and clean beds. The kitchen was fully stocked with cooking equipment which was very helpful. The host was very responsive and check in and check out was very easy. This house is gorgeous and right on the beach (perfect for swimming). It is very remote (which makes it feel safe). I would definitely recommend renting a car if you are staying here as its driving distance from everything and cabs have a hard time finding it. I will definitely be staying here again in the future!

What I’ll remember most about Luca’s house is how beautiful it was! The decor, furnishings and garden/yard were modern and well-kept. The house was extremely well equipped for cooking and also with beach gear. We loved the large outdoor dining table, and the outdoor showers too! We had 2 small children and the extremely private yard was large and lush with soft grass and many flowers! Perfect for playing! Now let’s talk about the beach. Very slow and private. The water is PRISTINE and clear blue! The kids collected sea glass every day. Luca provides beach towels, beach umbrellas and 3 different types of beach chairs/loungers (and multiples of each!) Luca was fast replying to messages and helping with check in/out. He even met us there late at night after our flight and showed us around. 100% recommend!!!

It's hard to find the right words to describe the breathtaking atmosphere you experience in this incredible place. Every hour of the day offers different colors and sensations. The property is wonderful and well cared for in every respect: the garden is full of different plants and flowers, the sea view is unparalleled, the BBQ is exciting, the apartment is very clean, perfect and equipped with every comfort, it is like being at home... but in a beautiful and unique place. Peace is total, it is the exact place to be able to disconnect and enjoy a few days of total relaxation. The nearby beaches are all incredible and easily accessible. Do you have a dog? This accommodation is perfect for you! The main advantage, however, is another: Alessandra and Maurizio were two available, caring and kind hosts: it was a pleasure to meet them. We look forward to coming back!

Wow...exceeded expectations!!! Everything was extremely clean and furnished with impeccable taste. Michelle & Mamoiada were fabulous host's with lots of recommendations for (local beaches, restaurants, supermarket's, tourist destinations. They made themselves available for check-in, throughout our stay and departure. Highly recommend anyone considering staying there. Ohhhhh...did I mention the "VIEW" absolutely spectacular with A++ sunsets every evening. Cannot wait to stay there again in the future.

To welcome homemade cake, water and a bottle of wine. An extensive beach in front of the door (5 min), sea view and beautiful red mountains. At the entrance of a wonderful hiking area! Facing south, with large covered terrace. We ended the evenings at the pizza oven. Mario and Silvia kept asking if everything liked. We thoroughly enjoyed the time. If you are looking for tourist crowds, you certainly have to look elsewhere. 👍👍👍

We had a lovely stay with Patrizia in a beautiful cottage. She was friendly and always instantly responsive, the cottage was perfect and she even provided snacks fruit and Prosecco upon flexible check in. Could not recommend this Airbnb or the gorgeous surroundings enough - it made our trip!!!

Fantastic place to spend time , went above and beyond expectations. If you have children you could not ask for more , the place is packed with toys and games my youngest child had the best week of his life and my eldest had fun aswell there is really something for everyone .

Beautiful house steps away from the beach. All the comforts you need and a spacious, well-equipped home. Easy to park the car in front of the house gate. We went there in December so there was no neighbor, we were able to enjoy the terrace and its peaceful and well-maintained environment.

Wow, just wow. Every detail covered with nothing but comfort and relaxation in mind for guests. Absolutely everything we needed for our baby and toddler. Very clear instructions on operating all amenities. Walkable to beach was great. The Spa experience was simply out of this world. And the host was so sweet and thoughtful. Travelling 2+ months in Italy and this was our fav spot. Highly recommend.

We were 2 families with a small child and 3 children visiting this villa in June 2025. We all enjoyed it very much. Open questions were answered very quickly to our utmost satisfaction. The villa is fantastic. Children can enjoy the pool or the nearby sandy beach. The house was very well equipped and very clean. We only had to buy a few spices for the kitchen in addition to everyday use. Check-in and check-out were very straightforward. And we really appreciated the punctuality. I'd love to come back, thank you!

We had a wonderful family stay in this very nice quiet house! Everything was perfect! The view of the bay is stunning and so soothing! Every evening we were treated to a beautiful sunset. The house really lacks nothing, the fridge and cupboards are very well stocked… you really feel at home. We wish we could have stayed a few more days. 😊 Plus Morgana is so adorable!! She was very accommodating, always very available and had great tips for us to have a good stay. Great communication! I highly recommend it!!! We'll be happy to go back.🥰

We were there with 3 adults and two children (3 and 1 years) and it is really perfect. We were able to check in earlier after consultation with Federica (2 pm) and found everything as described. The olive grove with an outdoor kitchen behind the house is an absolute dream. You can't decide where you want to eat because there are so many places. The kitchen is equipped with the important things. You can't expect too much from the robot vacuum cleaner, it often gets lost and doesn't take everything with it. This is not a problem, you can run it for additional cleanliness, that's enough. Top washing machine. Federica was always available and helped us with various topics. The east side there is a quiet area, not very touristy. Beautiful beaches, few people. If you want to see a lot, you have to expect longer travel times. There is no public transport, only accessible by car.

We felt very comfortable from the beginning. Antonella and Alessandro were always friendly and helpful. The apartment is practical and modern and the kitchen lacked nothing, even for the grill there were grill utensils. The beds were comfortable, the house is great for 2 adults and possibly 1-2 children. The garden and the garden furniture are beautiful. The view of the bays is priceless. Depending on the wind, you could hear music from a larger hotel in the bay - a pity, but this has probably been increasing in Sardinia in recent years. The additional beach utensils (parasol and 3 beach chairs) were great! You can walk to a small, beautiful house beach. We also walked to Cala Porta Giunico and to Punta Molentis ... here the path is the destination. In Villasimius, you could easily rent bicycles and explore the wider area. We would be happy to come back or recommend this accommodation.

We had an exceptionally beautiful vacation. The location of the apartment is first class. Located directly on the beach. Just a few stairs down. The beach is really beautiful and not very crowded. The view from the terrace is something special. The apartment was perfectly equipped. We really didn't miss anything. The facility is very new and high-quality and the bedrooms are also very nicely designed. You can sleep wonderfully, the bedroom can be completely darkened. The pictures reflect the condition of the apartment one to one. But what we would like to highlight in particular is Stefano, the co-host. He was always there when you needed something and always checked in to see if anything was missing. He even offered to let us charge our e-car privately at his house and to drive us there. We've never had such a good host in a vacation apartment. Thank you very much Stefano! It was really very nice.

We’ve stayed in a lot of places, but our week at Claudia’s was something special. The apartment felt like home from the start — just 2 minutes from beautiful Solanas beach, and honestly more thoughtfully equipped than our own place! Claudia greeted us with an aperitivo and a stocked fridge for the next day, which was such a kind surprise. There were so many toys and baby items — our 10-month-old was in heaven and didn’t even manage to try everything. Claudia checked in regularly and even had sweet gifts for us (and our little one) at the end. Truly one of the best hosts we’ve ever had — we’d love to come back!

It was a wonderful holiday in a fantastic house, right by the sea. The house is very cozy! You make yourself at home straight away! Gabriele, the host, was always available, super helpful, very friendly and very flexible! The area is beautiful and very quiet! We will be happy to come back!

We had a very nice time at the Costa Rei. The sea was really only a few meters away. The amenities were optimal. It would have been optimal to provide a few spices (salt, pepper, sugar). The apartment was just like the pictures. We highly recommend it.

The house is very interesting, a lot of round walls, a beautiful terrace, well equipped kitchen, comfortable bedrooms. The area around is very nice and quiet. The sea is 2 steps away. The sea is clean, but 50 meters from the shore is still shallow. The surroundings are beautiful. We walked to Pula and Nora. The host is available at all times! We were very satisfied with our stay in this place.

We felt comfortable and well taken care of from the beginning. Andrea's recommendations were all great and we ate wonderfully. The beach is not a minute away and incredibly beautiful. The bed was very comfortable and we can only recommend drinking a coffee on the terrace in the morning and watching the sunrise. We will be happy to come back! :)
