Equipped living room with flat screen TV, large sofa bed for 2 people and extends in the back to a spacious kitchen perfectly equipped with kitchenware and appliances that will make you feel at home. In the background we have a bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a glass-ceramic with two fires and smoke extraction hood, microwave oven, toaster of bread, coffee maker, freezer refrigerator and washing machine. In addition, it has all the necessary kitchenware and utensils to be able to organize meals at home. Full bathroom with shower and equipped with hairdryer. The Apartamento is air-conditioned with centralized equipment, being able to modify its comfort temperature through the Airzone grid system.

Located in the "Pueblo Marinero" development, with 3 swimming pools and spacious gardens. Located next to a nature reserve in Costa Sancti-Petri. With 67 m² and a 10 m² terrace, ideal for a family of 5. Not suitable for two families or 6 adults, it only has one bathroom. In July and August, it is rented for weeks from Saturday to Saturday.
