I cant say enough great things about our recent stay in Sosua at Palm Villa . It was beyond what i was expecting . The Villa was great and equipped with absolutely everything you would ever need and if it wasn't , Lee Anne and her team were able to assist , and help get you what ever it was that you were missing . Lee Anne and her team including cleaning staff were very friendly and attentive . Making sure every step of the way that your stay was going to be amazing . They hooked us up with a local driver during our stay that got us to where we needed to be everyday even if it was just to get groceries and we cant forget our amazing meals that we had cooked for us right in our Villa absolutely amazing 10/10 !!!! Thank you Chef Rosi , Lee Anne , Even and Crew :) You were all OUTSTANDING !!!! I cant wait to come back , hopefully becomes an annual Vacation

The house is stunning, and the neighborhood is equally lovely. It’s a peaceful and tranquil place, exactly as described. Everything was perfect! The pool was amazing! But when we visited, the tree fence around it wasn’t fully grown yet, so it’s a bit too exposed. It’s a gated community, so only the guards passed by. Alicia Beach 🏖️ was great! It’s about 20-25 minutes from the house by car. There are others, similar distances. There was supermarket delivery and you have a Chef available for a fee. Will most likely be back!

My family and I enjoyed our stay here. The house was spacious and had everything you needed to feel at home, including the basics for cooking in the kitchen until you figured out what else you might need. I loved that they provided pool towels—that’s a plus! The property is in a gated community, which felt safe and secure. There was also security on the main roads, which added to the overall sense of safety. The community the home is in has restaurants and beach access, which made it the perfect location to watch the sunset (though I wouldn’t recommend going in the water with children—it was a bit rough). I also have to add that the hosts were very responsive to any questions or concerns we had—I really appreciated that! Overall, it was a great stay. (:

Ericson was an AMAZING host! He was very responsive and helped us with our food delivery and finding things to do around the area. The house was GORGEOUS and I felt very safe! I will definitely be coming back soon!! Highly recommend 10/10

Villa #4 was beautiful! It was extremely clean and very much so comfortable. It makes you feel right at home. The pool in the backyard was a perfect size for enjoying an out door pool experience. The host were very accommodating. I would definitely stay in Villa #4 again!

Had a great stay at their home. Really easy to find and access. Very clean home. I was able to sleep throughout the day without noise and still be very close to everything

We spent 10 excellent days, as a family, in this large villa with a pool and a beautiful garden. There was everything you needed, the pool table being a plus. Thank you for Vanessa's communication, and the check-out with the appreciated help of her husband. Well located, this place is highly recommended.

I would like to start with the pros: The house and pool were awesome and as described. We spent many hours by or in the pool. My kids loved it. the house was spacious and the kitchen had space to prepare food. The security in the neighborhood seemed quite good and the fence and gate around the house made everyone feel very safe. Our host was very easy to communicate with and she responded quickly. I would say however that we did have some issues with the toilets not filling back up and this lead to some less than desirable experiences. We mentioned the problem a few days in and unfortunately nothing was solved by the time we left. I don't know how easy or hard it is to get a plumber in so it might not have been the hosts fault. the showers are also not great. A few situations that we had asked for things that were missing or not working, or needed to be replaced and unfortunately the solutions never happened. Overall I liked the house and the host. I would recommend.

Beautiful home! Looks exactly like the pictures. Perfect on the first floor for individuals with mobility disabilities. Security is very friendly and helpful. The location is also surrounded by a high wall/fence which made us feel safer. Directly behind the unit there's a kids playground and pool. very fun. Also, the unit was beautiful, big showers and very clean.

This Villa was amazing and the hosts were awesome! We truly enjoyed our trip and staying at the property. I would highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

I feel lucky to have stayed in such a beautiful home in such a peacful and private area. I would definetly recommend this place its clean an well upkept with a very friendly host. Also its close to alot of beachs and resteraunts. One last thing the view from the roof was absolutely stunning

This is the second time that we have visited Ana's apt in Fortunity. An excellent place for a few days in Familia. I'm sure we'll be back

Everything is very good, you can feel the peace that you don't find elsewhere. And as a host, he takes tips. It was a good choice.

Our stay was absolutely amazing! This spot is perfect for couples and couldn’t be more ideally located. The beach and main restaurants are just a few steps away, making it incredibly convenient. The beach itself was stunning—peaceful, quiet, and free from vendors, which made it even more relaxing. The apartment is in the perfect location, with two nearby spots to grab anything you need. For longer stays, we recommend heading to the Jumbo in town for groceries—it’s affordable and has everything you might need. Most importantly, this place is inside of a gated community and we felt safe to walk at all hours of the day and night including on the beach. The host truly went above and beyond, showing incredible hospitality that made our stay even more memorable. We couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Highly recommend this place—we had such a great time!

Beautiful location and we're very happy that we booked this stay. We had a vacation booked at a resort in Amber Cove and Ryan was great in picking us up (extra charge, but great convenience), giving us a tour guide style ride to the location, and then showing us around the property. The location is beautiful, great views, and a great experience to learn about cacao and the chocolate making process. Would highly recommend to anyone who wants a safe experience in the local culture and mountains. Note: While everything is clean and safe, this is still a farm and some of the amenities are of the more rustic experience. The price is well worth it, but it is not a luxury hotel.

This location is perfect for getting to know puerto plata. The apartment looks just like the description. Very comfortable and spacious. The patio at the rooftop is amazing for relaxing and chilling with friends. Eduardo is very attentive and responsive. Very easy to get along with. Loved the experience and look forward to stay there again in the near future…

If it wasn't for the fact that they left us outside one night, everything was fine

I had a pleasant stay at Niurka's place. The apartment was really cozy and you had everything you needed. Niurka was also super helpful from start to finish. I recommend this place.
