Jhonady's apartment has a fully equipped kitchen, and despite the outside heat, the apartment stays cool even without air conditioning, and there is a spacious shower and hot water. The plus is the roof terrace, definitely a place to spend a pleasant vacation

First time traveling alone so by the time I arrived my brain was ready to relax. I easily adjusted and did feel at home from the start with the premises being clean and well maintained. They provided a lot of information that benefited the first time traveler. Ex Contacting a cab for a flight to the airport. For those who overthink like me, this small detail helped me focus on my vacation and relax. Everything was explained on the first day and didn’t feel like I was being scammed as I returned home. My ideal vacation is one where I could relax and the host ensured I was able to. Highly recommend and will be reaching out during my future vacations. I had a pleasant stay at Niurka's place. The apartment was really cozy and you had everything you needed. Niurka was also super helpful from start to finish. I recommend this place.

I had a great stay ! The apartment was very organized and had a clean, modern look that made it feel like home. The host was welcoming and helpful throughout the stay. One highlight was Rafael, the security guard—such a great person who went above and beyond to make sure I felt comfortable and safe. The security in the complex overall was excellent, and the pool was a great bonus. I would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay here again!

Beautiful and pristine home with stunning architecture, located in a safe, gated community. Everyone we encountered — from the security guards to the staff — was friendly and eager to help. The house is within walking distance to the beach and a great restaurant. If you're looking for a peaceful and relaxing place to stay, this is it. Did I mention? The host was great too!

very rare to stay in a bnb that checks all the boxes; Ethan place was sooo impressive i extended for 3 extra days; over 100+ bnbs and this by far is A numero uno...

Amazing stay and very private. Beautiful place to spend a few days enjoying Cabarete. The house looks beautiful, and the host was super nice helping us out with many things. It is the best kept secret of Perla Marina, you can still enjoy the buzzing life of cabarete and retreat to a private oasis afterwards. Will definitely stay here again in the future.

I spent two wonderful weeks in May with friends and family at the Coconut Hut, and it was a fantastic experience. The house was spotless upon arrival and comfortably accommodated the five of us. We made great use of the pool and barbecue area, which offered a nice balance of sun and shade in the backyard. We even had the chance to host a small event with more guests, and the space worked out perfectly. When it came time to relax, the house was well air-conditioned, though we did notice a few minor water leaks from the units—nothing major, just something to keep an eye on. The bedrooms stayed cool, while the main living area relied on a fan for airflow. Whenever we had a question or minor issue, the hosts were easy to reach, quick to respond, and very helpful. I truly appreciated their attentiveness. I’d definitely recommend staying at one of their properties. I had an amazing time. Everything was conveniently located—local grocery stores like Jumbo and Sirena were 10-minutes away.

Not much to add to the other reviews. The place was amazing,super clean and comfortable and a 2 minute walk to beach which was mostly empty and extremely beautiful.The weather was perfect with strong ocean breeze and the pool was a great addition. The grounds were beautiful and maintained and it’s a little gated community so private and safe. Lastly the hosts were very responsive and flexible and helpful,very relaxed 😎

It's a great place to stay and very spacious and comfortable. Close to beaches, restaurants and all the nightlife. Nick is a an excellent host and the staff at the building are great people and always there to help if you need something. I'll definitely be back, thank for hosting me Nick!

I had a great experience staying here. The place was super clean, well-decorated, and had everything I needed for a comfortable visit. It’s in a quiet neighborhood but close to shops and restaurants. The host was friendly and quick to answer any questions. I’d definitely stay again!

Without a doubt, by far it is the best place where I have stayed in Cabarete.

This AirBNB provided a delightful stay during my vacation to the DR. Everything in the unit looked nice and clean upon my arrival. And everything in the unit appeared just as the pictures portrayed it to be. The balcony area was extremely nice and the pool area was very nice as well. Marleny was nice and very accommodating. I arrived about an hour and a half prior to my check-in time and she allowed me to check-in early and on my last day she allowed me a late check out of 2.5 hours that helped me align much better with my departure flight. I would definitely recommend this Airbnb to anyone traveling to the area, it is definitely worth its listed price.
