The apartment is as described and José María is very attentive. The apartment had everything and you could feel the love and attention that has been given to putting everything that is available to guests: cooking utensils, cloths, coffee, jams, etc. I would definitely repeat my stay. Impeccable accommodation very well located in Suances, with all the services nearby, a few steps from a beautiful walk along the banks of Suances for lovers of hiking. The apartment had all the amenities, with welcome details that made us feel at home. They also had a nice touch with my 3-year-old son, which made our stay much more comfortable. Teresa is an excellent host, always looking out for us and giving us a lot of information about places to visit. Without hesitation, we recommend this accommodation, one of the best I have ever stayed in.

Bea is rightly a Superhost. She welcomed us with a cake and was very warm and attentive. When we were looking for medical help, she was immediately there and helped us a lot. There were even tips for companies with navigation instructions. It was a thoroughly wonderful stay.

Great location and same as shown in the photos. The apartment is small but clean, well-organised, and has everything you need. Hosts were friendly, responsive, and very accommodating, they even met us late at night to hand over the keys. Ideal base for a surf trip with space to store boards and dry wetsuits.

The accommodation is as Sara describes it in the ad. Sara was always attentive and available to answer. The views from the apartment are the best. Highly recommended

Just back from Fernando's place. We had a really great stay. The apartment is in a great location, and the view of the bay of Santander is stunning. Very nice apartment, clean, comfortable and bright. It had all the amenities that are advertised. Blanca was very helpful and kind to us, as well as the house, she offered us a list of things to do in San Vicente. We will definitely be back!! 😊

The apartment was just as I described it. Luis was kind and communicative at all times, even giving us recommendations for the area. We had no problems parking, even though we were in a very central area. We definitely recommend this accommodation, we would not hesitate to return.

Everything is taken care of in detail and you can see the care with which it is designed to make guests feel at home. The surroundings are even more special: a charming town of Cantabria, with an idyllic landscape that invites you to disconnect, breathe pure air and enjoy the silence. We also want to highlight David, the host, for his closeness, kindness and availability at all times. It is very much appreciated to find people like that when you travel. It's been a wonderful stay. Exactly as described. Very quiet and peaceful location. Beautiful walks and beaches nearby. Very good beach restaurant open at the weekends in May but worth a visit. Amparo is a very pleasant host.

Ana Isabel's house was perfect for a night as a stopover on our way to Santander! It was quiet, we could park our car in the driveway and the communication was easy and fast. The place can easily fit 6 adults!

The apartment was super clean and exactly as shown in the photos. Very well located in an area with lots of bars and restaurants but zero noise. And the area, of course, is beautiful.

Maria’s place was exactly as described. Quiet, peaceful, and much larger than the photos. Everything was in perfect condition. The apartment is a very quiet residential area but a 3 minute walk to the train. Maria and her husband were great hosts, very friendly and had a lot of suggestions for things to do in the area. I also had accidentally left some things at the Airbnb and worked with them to get them back, which was super appreciated. Would absolutely book here again not only for the pristine apartment but for the friendliness of the host!

Juan's apartment is in a spectacular elevated position overlooking the bay in Comillas. It is very clean and modern and contains all that is required for a week's stay. Parking is private and close by. Juan was an excellent host and in spite of our poor Spanish he provided us (with the help of Google Translate) with all the information we needed. It is a very short walk away from the fishing harbour, promenade, beach and restaurants. Comillas is a delightful small and friendly town with an old centre around a marketplace with cafes and narrow streets. Would we go again? - definitely!
