Apartment 🏠 rules We welcome you and ask you to respect the neighbors' peace: avoid loud noises, slamming doors, and parties, especially after 10:00 PM. It is not allowed to host more people than indicated in the reservation; if the rules are violated, you could be evicted without refund. 🔑 Keys and check-out If you leave earlier, leave the keys on the table and close the door when you leave. Remember to always lock. If you lose the keys, there will be a charge of €50. 🚭 No smoking Smoking is prohibited inside the apartment; please go outside if you need to smoke. 🌍 Saving Energy Please turn off the lights and air conditioning when leaving to avoid wasting energy. 🧺 Servicios extra We can provide cleaning or extra bedding if you request it when booking. 💰 Tourist tax The government applies a tax of €10.45 per person (over 16 years of age) per night, up to 7 nights, which is mandatory to access the apartment. ю Check-in Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM. It is tastefully decorated to an impeccable standard and finished with high end cotton sheets and quality pillows and a king size bed. The bathroom has a double headed shower, perfect for two people to enjoy a shower together. The bathroom is equipped with biological and environmentally friendly shampoos, soap and cream. There is also ample storage for your personal items. Luxuriously soft and fluffy hotel quality towels are provided along with a special suite Dreams bathrobe. Original art work created by local artists mixes with elegant, contemporary décor in this stunning space. Checkins after 23:00 have an additional 30€ charge. Payable in cash on arrival.
