Le jardin est entièrement clos et la propriété est loué e à l’usage exclusif du Locataire. La villa dispose d'une cuisine américaine équipée, d'un salon compfortable et est entièrement climatisée. La location de la piscine ou jacuzzi est possible en supplement. Notez que la piscine est chauffée et se loue de mois d'avril jusqu’au mois d’octobre.
