You will be 50m from Place Morny, 5 min walk to the beach and 3 min to the train station. There are electric shutters in every room. The accommodation is on the 4th floor WITH an elevator. You'll have views of the racecourse. Finally, you can park for free 100 m from the accommodation (Boulevard Mauger/station side)
