Holiday rentals with breakfast in Côte Vermeille

The stay went very well. The house is close to the beach. By car, the route is very quick and easy to remember. The house is close to all amenities. the local shops are really very close and the supermarkets are very close by car. The only small downside was that we were very hot in the house, but we were there during a heatwave. Thanks again for the stay

From the welcome to the start , everything has been perfect! House as advertised, very warm, all the amenities available for everyday life, perfect pool, equipment for children ( toys , buoys, etc.). Claude is a very welcoming and very natural person! When we arrived, we had a bottle of Muscat waiting for us in the fridge! He told us that he was at our disposal for any other request. Thank you again to Caroline for lend us her little cocoon on the outskirts of Perpignan. It was very nice. Great location. The photos perfectly match the place. Marine's apartment is located in a quiet neighborhood of Perpignan, not far from the old town. We were able to easily walk to the beautiful old town. Not far from the apartment there were always a few free street parking spaces that only cost some money during the day. The apartment is on the 4th floor, is very bright and practically furnished. The bed was comfortable. The small balcony by the living room was ideal for breakfast. Unfortunately, during our stay, the dishwasher did not work. But all the other appliances worked flawlessly. The reception by Marine was very friendly, the key handover was hassle-free and communication with Marine was very easy. We would book this apartment again. A clear recommendation!

I was just passing through and only spent one night there. I really liked the accommodation, everything was clean and well equipped. The contact was very nice and accommodating. ONA, the sugar-sweet house dog, greeted me warmly right at the garden fence and demanded petting. If you look into these eyes, you can just melt away. I missed a socket in the bathroom, but maybe I just didn't find it. If I had stayed longer, I would have asked about it, but for the one night I took one of the other numerous sockets for the hair dryer. It wasn't loud in the apartment, but I had Oropax for the night against the refrigerator noise. I highly recommend this accommodation and would stay there again if the opportunity arose.

We absolutely loved our stay at Eric’s place! The apartment was exactly as in the photos, very clean & has everything you’d need for either a short or longer stay. The location is great, a ~10-15 min walk to the station (ideal to explore some of the other beautiful towns in the area) & similar into the centre, which has lots of great places to eat & some lovely shops. Two small things to note - the plaza the apartment is on is a main junction so there is some traffic noise, but it’s also an open space where people hang out etc so it’s a nice hub, the view of the mountains is beautiful & it’s super convenient, plus we weren’t bothered by the road at night. As the listing mentions, it is on 4th floor with no lift (to be aware for access & bags) but it’s totally worth the climb to have the balcony & view! Eric met us on arrival to show us how things worked and was a really helpful and responsive host. I’d 100% recommend his lovely apartment for your stay in Perpignan, un grand merci Eric!

Moira and Adam are really charming, the welcome is warm, the house is pretty, and super clean, the linen is neat and smells good, the garden is very quiet and maintained in a very neat way by Adam, the pool offers a great relaxing time, quiet. Moira and Adam are good advice for places to visit and for restaurants, including a recommendation to fall for it as it was extremely good with excellent wine and a ridiculous bill compared to the quality of the products... I'll let you come to Moira and Adam, they'll show you this place!!!!

I spent the weekend at Magali's apartment, had a great time with a magnificent view, a 30 second walk from the beach. Welcoming host and served us a good homemade breakfast. I recommend it!

Our hosts were very adaptable, pleasant and friendly! The room is cozy with air conditioning. I recommend it!! For breakfast, it is very varied but it would be a plus if the products were more qualitative. Mathilde took the time to speak with us in the morning it was a good time. Nice to have the sandwich option to hike the next day!

Great experience in Collioure with an overnight stay at Lily's house! The welcome is very warm, the pancakes delicious and the exchanges pleasant. As a bonus, a private yoga class and meditation on the beach!

We had a great time at Villa Côte Vermeille. Corine and Jaap's welcome and sympathy were really perfect. They are great tips for pointing to the highlights of the region and it was very interesting to share with them. Small special mention for breakfasts with homemade jams, fresh fruit, crepes and so on to kick off the day. Thank you for everything, we'll be back with pleasure! We'll remember this stay.

We had a great time. We were able to relax in the beautiful garden, there is even a hammock. Despite the heat of the summer there were many shaded places, everything is very loving. Breakfast was also available outside with fantastic views of the garden. Thank you!
