Spacious sea-view studio apartment

Our spacious studio apartment is just a two minute walk to the beach and a short stroll along the sea front to the popular harbour village of St Aubin. The split-level studio is on the first floor in a separate part of our family home. The bedroom is located on the upper level with sea views towards St Aubin’s Bay. The open-plan kitchen and living area is on the lower level with views across a quiet residential lane towards fields where you’ll often see Jersey cows grazing.

Welcome to the Val Mulet swordfish gîte. Our guest house is located on the first floor of a recent pavilion with independent access and a private garden. On the west coast of Cotentin, our cottage is a 1-kilometer walk from the sea and the supervised beach of Sciotot and close to the village of Pieux. Close to shops and ideally located for water sports, you will find a preserved wilderness area where you can take great walks and hikes along the GR, from the house.

Newly refurbished stone barn full of light and color in a cute village just 1 km from the sea. Wood floors and natural insulation give a feeling of warmth. Upstairs living room leads to sunny roof terrace or go out of kitchen to shady private garden.
