Atelier d'artiste dans une cabane en bois, une baignoire extérieur ( discrète ) avec beaucoup d'eau chaude, merveilleux pour les nuits étoilés. Bucolique, donnant sur un verger. Petite kitchenette, frigo, 2 plaque aux gaz et ustensiles basic. Toilette sèche. Un lit double haute qualité qui devient un canapé dans la journée. La cabane isolée dans mon jardin ou j'habite. Calme et reposant, le studio est simple mais confortable pour tous les amoureux de la nature et la campagne.

Our tiny house is located in a large wooded garden, located a few minutes from the sea (5 minutes by car, 20 minutes on foot) and immediately close to the wood that separates you from the beach. You will find all the comforts of a house (2 bedrooms, living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower and dry toilet), as well as a large semi-covered terrace (lounge, deck chairs). The garden is equipped with a dining area under the trees, sun loungers, a hammock, and a barbecue

The Captain's House (60 m2) and its pavilion (40 m2) directly overlook the waves of the Trieux River, the ebb and flow of the tides, from the first hours of blue lights, to sunset in the colors of our pink granite coasts. Located minutes from Paimpol, famous small fishing port, steps from the discreet clear sand beach. Direct access to GR34, close to the Île de Bréhat, Château de la Roche Jagu, Sillon de Talbert, Golf de Boisgelin.

Small 20 m2 studio with 1 bathroom with walk-in shower and a small terrace. Very quiet place 5 minutes from the city center and its shops, small city of character with its artisans and its renovated washhouses, beautiful boat trips on the river. Renovated and furnished studio. Good quality sofa bed for 2 people and 1 mezzanine bed that can accommodate 1 child. No pets allowed. Pontrieux is 20 minutes from the beaches.
