The studio is in our house, so the daily noise should not bother you, but we are discreet. The entrance is independent.

Located near the historic center, in a quiet area you will have plenty of time to stroll through the pedestrian streets, to discover the small shops, as well as the market on thursdays, to taste a "Paris-Lannion" in the best pastry in the city, to sip in the evening, an "aperitif" on the famous "place du centre" known for its half-timbered houses.

Charming Breton house completely renovated in 2021, located in the village of Pouldouran, a small port nestled at the bottom of the Bizien estuary. The house is ideally located to enjoy the calm, the suspended terrace above the river is a plus. Many hiking trails are 2 steps from the house and you can enjoy the coast near Paimpol, Brehat Island, the Talbert furrow, Tréguier and the pink granite coast.

La Calimarine, 200 m from the beach

Located in a small alley adjacent to the main street, you are both in the heart of the village and quiet with very little car traffic. The house is completely renovated while maintaining a typical side of small fishermen's houses. Saint Jacut de la Mer is ideally located to discover the Emerald Coast and the Penthièvre Coast.
