Villa holiday rentals in Coti-Chiavari

Great stay, the place and so quiet and peaceful. We had all the comforts we needed to enjoy our vacation with our 11-month-old daughter. As read in many reviews, the access is surprising the first time but we get used to it quite quickly. Think about mosquito repellent to take full advantage of the outdoors in the evening! Adrienne is really very welcoming and available when needed.

Beautiful location with fantastic views. The infinity pool was great. For a family of 5- the space was perfect. David and his family are highly responsive. They left us some cookies and coffee pods- nice gesture. We will go back to live at David's place! The description of the property could be better. With nearest stores over 4 km away, guests can come better prepared. 1. Toiletries are not provided (handwash, soap, shampoo) 2. Detergents for dishwasher and washing machine are not provided 3. Salt, pepper, oil etc seemed like leftovers from previous guests. Do state if these are provided. The bathrooms could be better with towel racks / napkin ring...

Apart from the neighboring work (which is not dependent on the owners of the property) The amazing view of Ajaccio Bay greatly counterbalances this small negative point The house meets the advertised criteria Host is very easily reachable It is very likely that we will return to this place

George’s place was absolutely fantastic! An amazing hidden gem, with outstanding views.. exactly the kind of place we love. Gladys was excellent and kindly met us late due to a delayed arrival of the ferry. We highly recommend George’s place and will definitely return.

An idyllic stay, in a green setting on the pool side and a splendid sea view with glowing sunsets... The villa is spacious, we breathe because it is through at the level of the living space. An address like we love them, to keep!

A very warm welcome, Jean Jacques is a caring person towards his guests, everything was impeccable. The villa is very beautiful, very modern, with a lot of taste. Ideal villa, especially with children, the setting is splendid and the safety level of the pool or terrace is top-notch, nothing to complain about. Warm welcome, huge snack on arrival. Very responsive, available, accommodating host. House with great view 10 min from the beach on foot, 2 min by car. Everything nearby. Very well-equipped house, at least 15 board games, masks, snorkels, flippers, petanque balls...

Truly stunning location with wonderful views over the sea in 2 directions. The house is spacious and cool. We loved the beautiful swimming pool and garden areas and enjoyed seeing the sunset and the moon rising. We wjll miss the lovely breakfasts and BBQs on the balcony.. Christophe was very very helpful. He was extremely responsive if we had any questions and gave us some good advice and recommendations. Thank you for a lovely week! Jane

Fantastic house in a beautiful place. We enjoyed the house and the area with two families. Christelle and her husband are helpful. The steep driveway to the house is a bit tricky the first time but ultimately easy to do. And the beautiful view is well worth it.

An absolutely stunning place! This beautifully restored bergerie is a true gem. The location, right on the water could not be more breathtaking. We spent hours swimming in the turquoise water right in front of the house. The property is truly peaceful and we had a lovely time celebrating my wife's 50th birthday.

We loved staying at this house! For the large terrace with a magnificent view of the gulf and its sunsets, for the very pleasant pool, for the geographical location close to the beach, etc... But also for its charm, its decor that makes us feel "at home" and not in a rental. Marie-José and Nicole were very kind and available... Thank you so much for a wonderful holiday!

Claudie was extremely warm and welcoming. We had a lovely stay and I can only recommend this very pretty Villa located in a popular place on the South Shore of Ajaccio. Small beaches nearby, view of the Isolella tower, sea view, impeccable house, many amenities, etc. I would highly recommend it.

Very nice stay in a beautiful living space. There were 14 of us: adults, teenagers, children and baby. Everyone has found their place because the house is large, functional and well equipped. Alain is very present and likes to please. He responds to all our requests with great sympathy!!!

superb cottage, very functional, quiet and in the heart of the vineyards. 2 beautiful terraces, one of which is very large and well appointed. The pool is very beautiful too, with greenery and shadows around if the sun hits too much. Very welcoming hostess, who offered us the visit of her estate and the tasting of her wines.

We enjoyed the house and Jean Louis was super accommodating. We had some ferry troubles and Jean Louis was very understanding and helpful. Our daughter loved her room and the outdoor area.

Amazing house with amazing views, we had a great couple of weeks relaxing and watching stunning sunsets as well as exploring local beach restaurants. We are heading home full of lovely memories.

Marie’s home is a true gem, set in beautiful surroundings with incredible views. We were met by Oli from Oli’conciergerie despite our flight being changed by 5 hours later and were shown around the house. We would book again in a heartbeat.

We had a wonderful stay with friends at Elodie's. The accommodation is super equipped, impeccably clean and beautifully decorated. Its location is ideal for visiting southern Corsica. The villa is also close to Figari Airport. The house and its exteriors are just "wow"! We really felt good and we are returning home with wonderful memories. Elodie is very responsive to messages and we thank her again for the small gifts on our arrival. We highly recommend this place and we will go back there without hesitation!

Loved our stay in the villa!! The view is incredible between sea and forest, nature reserve, you feel really good! The sunsets are breathtaking and the house is very nice and well designed. A beautiful ceiling height in the lounge area. You have to close the windows and shutters that are in the sun and the temperature remains comfortable. I highly recommend it and I even think I'll come back 😊

Very beautiful villa, spacious, comfortable, well-equipped, impeccable cleanliness, quiet. "Just like the photos." A short drive to little corners of paradise. A (small) grocery store a few hundred yards away, ideal for breakfast bread. Fully self check-in and check-out. Pretty heated pool (we were there at the end of April). In short, we would come back without hesitation!
