Holiday rentals with beach access in Cotswold District

We had an absolutely fabulous stay. The apartment was as described. Andy and Michelle had great communication even calling me when we got back home. I would highly recommend staying here. We would definitely stay again. Thank you Andy & Michelle 😀

Lovely spacious annex with fantastic view of the Severn estuary. David was very friendly and took measures to make sure we had everything we needed. Property was well appointed, clean and perfect for our needs. Would be happy to return.

We had a really lovely stay in this great place. Really enjoyed the balcony and the wonderful views. and all the extra bits left for us in the kitchen. Only downside was that the shower is over a bath, which was difficult for my husband to get into with bad knees.

This is a fantastic apartment in a good location! Had a lovely 2 day stay! Highly recommended

Fantastic communication from the outset, so important when I am travelling solo as I felt safe and right at home. Great little inventive flat making the most of the space and a fantastic location in Weston near the seafront and all amenities whilst being quiet and feeling private. I hope to be back soon!

We had a great time at Debby and Grant’s, loved the caravan and location. Everything we needed and more, thank you guys! We’re looking forward to our next stay!!

Phil’s communication was excellent , with clear instructions with pictures on how to find , access , and importantly free parking. 5 minute walk to the sea and Wetherspoons ! Phil responds immediately, and he left us a nice welcome pack of biscuits , tea/coffee, milk , coffee pods etc. Step access was no problem for us, just had to be careful with the children. Fortunately you could lock the door at the top and hide the key from the little ones ! Well appointed flat, many things looking very little used. Beds comfy. Toys for the children. Great Lounge and TV. Excellent WiFi. Plenty of cutlery, pots/pans, toasters, coffee maker. Great microwave and oven (takes time to learn the hob!). 5 chairs in the kitchen , but we were a party of 4 adults , child , toddler , so take this into consideration. We managed ok and Phil offered to get us an extra chair/high chair.

A lovely apartment with comfortable beds and 1 very good-sized bedroom and 2 other adequate bedrooms. The lounge is huge and has plenty of seating. The view from here is stunning. There was plenty of hot water for showers. It is a pity there is only one bathroom but there is an ensuite toilet. The kitchen lacked some cooking utensils and wine glasses. The table is very small and there are only 2 chairs, unusual for a property which sleeps up to 6 adults and 1 child.

Great place, lovely for a weekend away with family or friends

We had a few days away with family and the 2 small Grandchildren. The Grandson loved seeing the birds and water skiing. The Heron was a regular visitor. Wendy was extremely quick helpful in resolving an issue. We loved the location and the house itself and we would book again. A tip would be if you are using the cot, then remember to pack a sheet. I had packed these but its something you might forget.

We had a fabulous time. The house was magnificent. Plenty of room and beautifully decorated. Our host, Anna, was very helpful sending me a comprehensive list of things to do, where to eat etc. Even suggesting things to do with my 6 year old grandson. We will definitely be going back. Thanks Anna.

In Clevedon for a wedding at Clevedon Hall with our family. We stayed four nights and there were ten of us in all plus a baby! Plenty of space to relax, great cooking facilities, two minutes to the sea front and a ten minute walk to Clevedon Hall, the wedding venue. The house did the job perfectly!

Amazing property with more than enough space to relax. Every room had its own personal touch. Parking was a bit hit and miss as with all street parking. Kitchen was lovely with everything you could need to cook/ clean. Neighbourhood is quiet and relaxed and David (the host) was more than helpful with suggestions on what to do in the area.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property was lovely and clean with a good shower and heated towel rail. The off road parking was really useful. We were within easy walking distance of the pier, the marine lake and lots of bars and restaurants.

Very accommodating and ideal little stop on our drive back from Cornwall. Right next to the beach.

Lovely air b and b. was probably too big for the two of us but good value for money and was 10 minute walk to the pier

Mark the host very helpful and Sue friendly and full of local info. Got to say after using AB&B for a few years this is one of the most attractive and comfortable we have stayed at. We spent a few days cycling and relaxing, local bus service conveniently available adjacent to the apartment. Local pubs a bit of a walk but food and drinks available at both. Look forward to staying again.

This was the perfect place for our family to come back to each evening to relax. It was clean, cozy, and Lucy had all the accommodations we could’ve asked for. She was very responsive to any questions we had during our stay, and even had a helpful guide in the home. We would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the area!

5 min walk to the beach and Main Street with restaurants and local pubs. Craig was very responsive and accommodating. When we checked in there were some issues with the heating. He brought 2 electric heaters straight away and we were very comfortable. Quiet location but around the corner from Dunstan pub - our fav in Burnham.

This location is exceptional ! we thoroughly enjoyed our visit, and returning to such a tranquil setting after our wedding was the perfect conclusion to a wonderful day. 🤍🫶

Informal and friendly hosts, helpful but not over-attentive during our stay. Lovely living space, full of character with great views. Would stay again if we’re in that part of the world

We had a fab stay. The apartment was perfect for two adults and two teenagers. The kitchen was small but had what we needed and the spacious lounge was great for relaxing. Beds were super comfy and the two bathrooms were clean and perfectly equipped. Would definitely stay again next year.

Tracey was very helpful with her information and tips, although we didn’t need any extra help or information her messages reassured me that she was available if needed. The flat was delightful, clean and nicely decorated and had everything we needed for our 2 night stay.

Last minute booking. Great response from James and a lovely place to stay. Highly recommend.
