I had a wonderful stay at Iain's place! The apartment was exactly as described—clean, stylish, and in a great location. The bed was super comfortable, and the amenities made it feel like home. Communication with Iain was seamless; they were responsive and provided great local recommendations. The check-in process was also smooth and hassle-free. I especially appreciated the thoughtful touches like the complimentary snacks and staple food that were left in the cupboard. Would absolutely stay again if I'm ever back in the area. Highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay - the location is especially great for kids being across the road from paths, a large playground and the water. Lots of restaurant and cafe options nearby, and walkable to the beach. The apartment is essentially two master suites. Both bedrooms are a similar size, with walk-through wardrobes. One has an ensuite and one has direct access to the main bathroom. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the view is better than the listing shows. We did find it a little inconvenient that the onsite parking is not assigned and was full for the duration of our stay, and the air conditioner is on a timer. really enjoyable stay. place was beautiful although internet wouldn’t allow to stream anything on tv. sooo many cute cafes nearby to grab a coffee and walk along the beach!!

The apartment is in a fantastic location for the riverfront and walkable to Cotton Tree and local restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The extra touches of bikes, beach buggy and paddleboard were very thoughtful and useful during the stay. There are some short stairs up to the property but we managed these fine even carrying an infant up and down. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would recommend and would happily stay again!

Amazing location — right in the heart of everything! The home was beautiful, clean, and well-kept. The host was super friendly and welcoming. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting the area.

Caz's unit is exactly as described. Great location to the surf club and the beach and the rooftop was such an added bonus! The unit is spacious and has plenty of added touches to make your stay easy (eg: beach towels, washing detergent, etc). Caz even gave me a local restaurant recommendation for my daughter's birthday - it was amazing! She even left us a happy birthday banner to decorate the unit. A great stay and Caz was very responsive to my messages. Thank you for having us!

I just wanted to mention that the view was spectacular. We took our binoculars and were able to look up and down the river, as well as out to the ocean and the Glasshouse mountains. It’s an easy walk to the restaurants, shops, and the beautiful Cotton Tree. The unit was clean and tidy, and I would definitely recommend this destination.

Glorious location great view also a very spacious balcony. The penthouse was spotlessly clean, quality linen on the most comfortable beds in all three rooms. Rita was an amazing host we will definitely recommend her property and make it our Sunshine Coast getaway. also great fishing on the river

Our stay was great! Awesome location right on the beach by Maroochy surf slub. There were 3 bedrooms, and an extra mattress so can sleep plenty if needed. We had everything we needed and Daniel was great at communicating

I really enjoyed my stay at this apartment! It was spacious, modern and comfortable, with everything I needed, including a fully equipped kitchen. The bed was also really comfortable. Michelle was always responsive, friendly and helpful throughout my stay; she also allowed for an early check in! Great location with easy walk to the supermarket/shops, Cotton Tree Park and cafes. The Master bedroom and balcony face the main road so there is some road noise in the mornings but otherwise I couldn't fault it. Thanks for a great stay!

Kimberley is an exceptional host - she personalises her communication with you, is extremely responsive and has thought of all the details you need to enjoy a home away from home. We needed to find accommodation for two families at the last minute due to an event reschedule following Tropical Cyclone Alfred and Kimberley was so understanding and accommodating. Cannot recommend her enough as a host!

We reached out to book Melanie’s apartment for a family weekend away. From the moment we booked the communication and responsiveness was incredible. The accommodation was immaculate and as described. Location was brilliant, walking distance to restaurants, and the facilities at the accommodation were impressive. Everyone that stayed could not fault it. Would highly recommend to anyone. What a fabulous place that is so beautifully styled with lovely comfortable beds and linen. All the amenities were top notch and spotlessly clean. Great location with the beach right across the road. Natasha was a wonderful host who went out of her way to make us feel at home with lots of added extras like flexible check in and out times etc and excellent communication. Was so lovely we didn’t want to leave and definitely plan to come back in the future. We just loved it.

We enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect for a family lots of parks to within walking distance and the beach is across the road. Supermarket and all essentials within walking distance. Megan was great with communication!

A great location and our kids loved the pool and waterslide. The surf club across the road was perfect for an easy and delicious dinner or coffee/smoothie and the beach was beach was beautiful. A great stay!

Robbie was great to deal with from the start. The room was really good for us and the resort facilities beautifully maintained. The pools were lovely to swim in and bbq area clean. Off street parking is always a bonus. Opposite the beach was a great location but Sunshine coast is a little busy for us. Would we stay again. Yes could as it’s close to family.

The unit was beautifully clean and tidy and the deck was bigger than expected. Beautiful decor inside, everything you need close by, restaurants, shops, beach, walks. I really enjoyed my short stay.

Fantastic apartment with amazing views. Great for couples get away. Easy parking and additional parking on the street. Short walk to Noosaville river front to jump on the ferry and had lunch at the yacht club. Uber to town was also easy where we had a dinner. It is the penthouse stay.

John has been the most wonderful and responsive host. John’s unit is as described and photographed - exceptionally clean, beautifully renovated, top quality appliances, great beds and linen, huge array of kitchen and cookware etc. Everything has been thought of to make the perfect stay! The beach is through the nearby gorgeous sandy track, swim flags nearby, and the building facilities are great. We already love this part of the coast - walks up Mt Coolum and enjoying long lunches at The Boat Shed. We highly recommend John as a 5 star and exceptional host - he has been amazingly responsive when needed - we look forward to future stays at his beautiful home. 😊⭐️🏖️☀️
