We enjoyed our stay - the location is especially great for kids being across the road from paths, a large playground and the water. Lots of restaurant and cafe options nearby, and walkable to the beach. The apartment is essentially two master suites. Both bedrooms are a similar size, with walk-through wardrobes. One has an ensuite and one has direct access to the main bathroom. We really enjoyed the large balcony and the view is better than the listing shows. We did find it a little inconvenient that the onsite parking is not assigned and was full for the duration of our stay, and the air conditioner is on a timer. This cozy little place was so impressive! The perfect spot in the heart of the Sunshine Coast with an easy walk to the beach and some beautiful restaurants. The spa and pool area were quiet and clean. And the welcome fruit platter and hot drink selection were a very special (and welcome) touch. The icing on the cake was watching the sunrise over the ocean from the balcony. Very highly recommend. Great value for money. I would definitely stay again.

We had the best time at Tracy’s place! The location and access to the water and resort facilities is fantastic. Such a gorgeous view - we were lucky to see kangaroos on the lake right outside every afternoon! One of the best I have stayed at. Tracy’s communication is great and incredibly responsive and the apartment was very clean. Super easy check in process. I would love to stay again and definitely recommend!

Great little spot, super close to the beach and close to a great little cafe. Everything we needed was within close proximity, Mooloolaba only about 20 mins walk away. The apartment was a great spot to relax in our down time as well

The apartment is in a fantastic location for the riverfront and walkable to Cotton Tree and local restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with a well appointed kitchen and spacious bedrooms. The extra touches of bikes, beach buggy and paddleboard were very thoughtful and useful during the stay. There are some short stairs up to the property but we managed these fine even carrying an infant up and down. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay, would recommend and would happily stay again!

Incredible stay! The place is beautiful, better than the pictures and it feels very secluded, yet close to everything. It's spotless and super well organized. The kitchen is by far the best equipped Airbnb we have ever been to, it felt like we were at home! Can't thank Rachael for all the little touches that made the stay so easy and enjoyable! We hope to stay again!

Can’t recommend Little Whale House highly enough! I immediately felt at home, the owners have done a wonderful job designing the house to feel like a home. Very clean. Great garden for the dogs! Easy and quick communication. I hope I get to return!

Fantastic property in a beautiful spot. Only thing to note for future guests is that while the property is fully fenced, if you have smaller pets they may be able to fit through gaps in the fence so you need to keep an eye on them, especially the gate to the property which is on the main road as the yard isn’t fenced off from the driveway.

We had the best time. Amazing space for kids they had lots of toys to play with even though it rained the whole time there was enough space and things to do it didn’t really matter. All of the attention to detail was so great. Thank you

This place was very comfortable to stay. I needed somewhere secure for my dog for an extended stay and I was lucky to find this place available. Great location yet peaceful inside. Would book again for short term stays.

This is the second time I’ve stayed here. This apartment is in an amazing location with a fabulous pool, great for swimming laps and for kids. It’s a quick walk to the beach. I stayed for 2 months while visiting family nearby. Hank and Hailz are fabulous hosts, a real pleasure to deal with. I will stay here again.

Terry’s home was absolutely beautiful, very modern and stylish. We felt right at home and very comfortable. She went above and beyond in the things that she offered. The unit is very modern with automated smart home devices, comfortable beds and everything one could possibly need in a kitchen (even a treat in the freezer for my boys) and Devine coffee for us. Thank you so much Terry, we will most definitely be coming back.

We had the most wonderful stay at this lovely apartment during the Easter holidays! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. The space was very comfortable for our whole family. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided — from a fully equipped kitchen to nice and clean linens. The location was perfect — peaceful yet conveniently right at Mooloolaba esplanade, making it easy to explore and enjoy the area. Communication with Gysbert was seamless; he was friendly and responsive and went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. We left with such lovely memories and wouldn’t hesitate to return. Highly recommend this gem of a place to anyone looking for a relaxing and memorable getaway!

Perfect location, walking distance to Main Street, supermarket and BWS right around the corner as well as a 10ish min walk to Mooloolaba Beach!! Serene and Sarah were super accomodating and easy to communicate with! Comfy king bed and great amenities. Would definitely rebook!

We have stayed at Maree's property several times in recent years. That speaks for itself. We are generally quite fussy where we stay but we always holiday when at Coolum Beach at Maree's Airbnb without hesitation. Thanks Maree.
