Wonderful apartment, easy access and very nice, we had a fan and hair dryer. There weren't many noises.

We had a very nice 6 night stay at Olivier’s place. It was as described and came with clear instructions. The place is quite compact with limited privacy but is perfect for couples or solo travellers! The RER station is about 25-30 min walk away which is convenient and walkable and provides easy travel to Paris city centre and Disneyland. Would definitely recommend!

I only stayed for a weekend, mainly used the accommodation for sleeping (I was mostly outside), but the accommodation was in great condition, easy to access, clear instructions, very friendly host. I recommend it!

First of all from start to finish communication was absolutely first class. Accommodation was more than anticipated. Met and matched all of our aspirations. Cleanliness was perfect. Hosts Isabelle and Pascal are just truly wonderful people. Felt very blessed to have found a location this close to Paris without the normal clutter and to boot a market twice a week within eyesight from front door. Just wonderful. Thoroughly recommended this accommodation and location to any and all. 😃

2 nights in this nice studio for my parents, they loved it! They were able to easily walk along the Ourcq Canal and the Gare du Vert Galant is just a stone's throw from the apartment. I made the reservation for them given the nearby amenities I knew, they were not disappointed. The studio was very clean when I arrived for check-in, I was pleasantly surprised by the calm and the setting that it offers. For a short stay or a quiet night "away" from the city, I recommend it. A small but very functional accommodation in a quiet residential neighborhood. The hosts are very welcoming and Marie is very proactive (she contacted me during the stay to make sure everything was okay). The accommodation is small so it's not the great luxury but everything is clean and complete. Note that the accommodation is in the heart of the guest house. This may bother some, even if Marie and her family were discreet and very pleasant.

We loved the place. Quiet neighbourhood with easy access to metro stations, close to stores and restaurants. Beautiful decor and ambience, specially the balcony. Sarah was amazing. Very friendly and helpful.

The apartment was very easy to access, which greatly facilitated our arrival. It is also very functional and pleasant to live in, perfectly in line with the listing. We particularly appreciated the delicate attention of the water bottles made available in the fridge. Thanks again for our stay!

Booked for the amazing view, well-known neighbourhood with good Metro access, supermarkets nearby, lift, kitchen, good price. Some issues especially due to the exceptionally hot weather, but Martine was very helpful.

Sophie is very attentive, in addition to communicating quickly, she helps with everything that is needed with generosity! Montrouge is a nice place, it's easy to get to the center of Paris! The apartment is about 10 minutes from the subway station and 3 minutes from the bus stop. There is a lot of commerce and you feel safe when walking home. Sophie's space is great! It is spacious by Paris standards, both the living room/kitchen space and the bedroom are very comfortable, you sleep well even on the sofa bed. The icing on the cake was the Jacuzzi, which offers a very pleasant comfort, the facilities are new and very clean. The towels and sheets are also new! Everything is impeccable! The kitchen is well equipped. The balcony was under construction, it will certainly be very beautiful soon! We'll definitely come back to enjoy it! Thank you.

The location was amazing for visiting various places in Paris. Further, the rooms were prepared really well, and it easily fits 4 people. It is written in the review, but the second bed is a sofa bed that ends up taking large space in living room but not too cumbersome

Everything was perfect!

One of the best Airbnbs i’ve stayed at. Host is very responsive and kind. The place is very nicely decorated and has all the amenities as shown in the pictures and a lovely terrace for morning coffee or late night chats. One thing to note is that you have to take one flight of stairs so keep that in mind if you have a lot of luggage. Otherwise would definitely recommend for couples or friends. 2 min walk away from RER C which is great.

Xavier’s apartment was perfect, right in the centre of Paris on the serene Île de Saint Louis. There were bakeries and coffee shops within a few minutes’ walk. It was easy to get to the sights of Paris but felt calm and restful. The apartment was well furnished and spotless. The stocked coffee machine was a great treat. All in all this was a perfect base from which to explore Paris, and a lovely home to return to.

Very nice accommodation and very nice host!

- very clean and it is not too crowded for 4 people - all you need is in the apartment and more - close to metro station - great location, the neighborhood has everything you need and I feel safe - the most important thing is the host's Martin is a very helpful person, super nice. So, I personally think it's worth staying here even though it's on the 3rd floor and there's no elevator.

We had a wonderful stay at Ramo’s suite. It was exactly as the pictures showed it. The location is absolutely ideal right on the Seine River which offers stunning views and peaceful atmosphere. The place is quiet, private and feels like a true escape from the hustle of the city. Practicality was top notch: there’s a-lot of local grocery stores just a short walk away and it was very easy for G7 drivers to find the address and pick us up. Everything about this place made for a relaxing and enjoyable stay. Highly recommend.
