Anne-Marie and Steve offer a warm welcome to Polbrean Studio, a cosy, well equipped, self catering studio with stunning views of the River Fowey in the tranquil village of Golant. Our Studio is a large open plan room with pull down double bed, kitchen area with dbl hob, convection oven/microwave, fridge w icebox, and shower wet room. There is a mezzanine with additional double bed accessed via paddle stairs. Outside is a seating area where you can enjoy the stunning surroundings and views.

Rural Barn Conversion, Boconnoc, Lostwithiel

Set on the edge of Boconnoc Estate and the outskirts of Lostwithiel you will find our large 1 bedroom converted barn. We are quite centrally located in Cornwall. South coast beaches can be found 5 miles away with the north coast being around 20 miles away. You will find so many things to do including walking, sightseeing, fishing, visiting many types of attractions. We offer a warm welcome and as much or as little interaction as you prefer. You will find yourself surrounded by nature.

Fitted Kitchen, dishwasher etc. Large walk in shower enclosure, separate bath, cosy long robes and complimentary toiletries. Decking area with lighting, overlooking open field onto woods.

Snuggling in a wooded corner of our paddock the cabin is a lovely secluded escape for two. In one of the quietest parts of Cornwall with complete privacy you will hear the hoots of owls and chorus of birdlife, and with no light pollution the night skies are magnificent. The coast is nearby, with the Fowey estuary just down the road, and glorious beaches and coastal footpath a short drive away. It is roomy and comfortable in all weathers, and comes with a private wild garden.

A perfect place to enjoy the old local town with a selection of restaurants, pubs and a mini supermarket all within walking distance. The river is a short walk from the apartment and is a beautiful place to sit by. Beautiful countryside walks are also nearby. 9A is a 5 minute walk to the train station, making it easy to get around Cornwall or to arrive to from anywhere in the UK.

Ideal for exploring the nearby south west coast path and it’s beautiful beaches Lansallos and Lantic Bay . Talland and Readymoney beach are great for kids . It has a king bed, sofa, tv, bathroom with electric shower and kitchen area that includes fridge, combination microwave, kettle, toaster, slow cooker and table top hob. Double doors at the back open up on to a patio with table, chairs, gas bbq, small fire pit and garden beyond. There's an entrance porch area for jackets and shoes and private parking area.
