Petite maison indépendante & tout confort de 45 m² au sein d'une belle propriété au calme absolue située dans le village provençal d'Éguilles (à 10 min du centre ville d’Aix-en-Provence). Elle comporte une cuisine très bien équipée, une belle chambre avec bureau et dressing, une salle de douche toute neuve ainsi qu'une magnifique terrasse, parking privé et accès à un espace buanderie partagé. Aux beaux jours, profitez de l'espace piscine dont l'ouverture se fait mi-mai et jusqu'en octobre.

Nice room of 17 m2, equipped with all the comforts except the air conditioning: kitchenette , washing machine, office/dining area..., I am located in a residential and very quiet area. I have a dedicated parking space and separate entrance, as well as a private terrace. Located just 18 km from Aix and 20 km from Marseille, 11 km from the airport and 20 km from Aix TGV station, 30 minutes from the beaches of the Côte Bleue... Car strongly recommended

La Bastide des Amandiers at the gates of Luberon!

La Bastide des Amandiers welcomes you to L'Appart, a nice cottage for 2 people (37 m2), located on the first floor of the main building with an independent outdoor entrance. You will also have at your disposal a small private summer kitchen in the garden as well as two sun loungers. We have two other cottages on our property where we welcome people looking for peace and quiet. No deckchairs are installed around to preserve everyone's privacy.
