Holiday rentals with breakfast in Coulounieix-Chamiers

The owners are charming, welcoming and available. The house is as advertised. It offers the opportunity to sleep in a house built more than 700 years ago. That's no small feat! The garden is enclosed and you can leave a dog without the risk of it escaping. The environment is peaceful and therefore relaxing and is a good base for discovering the region.

A very nice little house in the middle of nature and very well located for visiting the area. We enjoyed the beautiful shaded terrace very nice because it was very hot during our stay. Very well equipped, all you have to do is put your bags down. The rooftop bathroom earned my husband a few bumps. Thanks to Virginia for her welcome and help during the stay. An address to know.

We had the most wonderful stay at Emma and John’s idyllic place. From our arrival to our departure, Emma and John could not have been more hospitable and provided us with amazing restaurants and places to see! We also made sure to have enough time to just enjoy the home and the pool! It was myself and three other girls for my bachelorette and Emma and John provided us with amazing food and wine (which we requested/paid for) as well as threw in some Welcome wine and niceties. They run a cooking class as well so I requested a day of cooking with the girls and we had a blast! You must have Emma’s cooking! The bathrooms are great, newly renovated and very stylish equipped with towel heaters as well. The area was perfect as well as we were able to do everything from wine tasting to farmers markets to castle climbing! We look forward to a return stay and recommend for a perfect stay to disconnect and enjoy good food, wine and company.

Very short stay at Sarah's but very pleasant anyway! Sarah and Mathieu are very welcoming hosts, attentive to everything. She gave us a lot of places to visit and directions to good restaurants (which we will go to next time) In any case, I would highly recommend this place close to everything and we will be happy to go back!

Perfect stay with Tifaine and Vincent, who had great tips for discovering the region. The house is perfectly located, close to amenities and many of the flagship places of the Dordogne. It is very well equipped and very pleasant to stay in. The pool too. Thanks!

This is a great place to stay. Everything is very clean and well taken care off. We had a bit of health issues when we were staying there but Fabienne helped us out tremendously. We absolutely loved the housedog Maggie that was scrolling around on the premisses and joined us on several hikes and bike-rides. We would really recommend the place!

We came to Nicole's to see friends who lived nearby so we didn't have the opportunity to visit the surroundings or spend a lot of time in the accommodation but we can only rejoice to have discovered this address! The accommodation is decorated with great taste, the winter garden is wonderful and even if we did not take the time to fully appreciate the amenities, we can confirm that there is everything to spend a real stay in the kitchen in particular. Looking forward to ironing!

Very nice apartment, nicely decorated. Very well located to enjoy the center of Périgueux with free parking nearby. Be careful with young children as there are plenty of decorations and plants accessible to their height, but that's what gives this apartment a crazy charm.

This was a truly original beautifully curated space which combined authentic French 70s decor with a really comfortable bed and brilliant location with views of the cathedral, cafes shops and restaurants all round and the river at your doorstep. Brilliant base for exploring Perigord and I plan to return if I am in the region again.

Listing matches photos. It is simple, no fuss, functional, bright and I did not lack anything, it is well equipped. The bedding is comfortable. It's nice to be able to park your car on the street just down in this quiet area. Evelyne is very kind and very available. Had a nice stay!

This was a return visit for us, once again it was great value. Tegan is an excellent host, helpful and friendly, we had a great stay.

Marc is a thoughtful and very responsive host. The accommodation is very well located with magnificent views of the Vézère and the old bridge, close to shops while being peaceful. The interior is very well equipped and spacious with period furniture. We had a great stay.

Fantastic location in that heart of old Sarlat. The place was even better than the photos! Bed was a bit too firm for my tastes

The accommodation offered is well positioned in Bergerac. Located in the historic center, there are restaurants nearby, and beautiful places to visit. The apartment is nice, although the street itself is not the most spectacular. As musicians who came to play at the jazz festival, we used the accommodation mainly to rest and it was perfect. I recommend it for short stays!

We were so thrilled to stay at Maison O'Galop. The views from the windows overlooking the river were breathtaking, and relaxing in the garden every evening watching the hot air balloons go by was a highlight. The cars going by were louder than expected, so bring ear plugs or a sound machine if that would bother you, especially if you want the windows open like we did. The house was spotless when we arrived, although it smelled musty, like no one had been there for a while. After a day of the windows being open, the smell disapated, but a few of us had some allergies because of that. It's an old place, so I imagine that's not unusual. The doors took some practice to lock and unlock. Maybe they are common French locks, but we are American and it took us a while to figure it out. The kitchen was stocked with tools (not food) we needed for cooking simple breakfasts and dinners, including a toaster and microwave oven. A dishwasher was also appreciated. Would love to come back!

Mo's accommodation is on the second floor of a typical house in the area. The room is suitable for two people and reflects the typical houses of the Vezere. We had breakfast outdoors with a view of the garden and Mo's nice hens to keep us company.

Evelyne's accommodation is really comfortable and private. Both the well-furnished interior and the exterior are designed to relax in the midst of greenery. Very varied and excellent quality breakfast, the owners are friendly and kind, always ready to give advice on the beauty of the place.

Our 1 night stay with Gaby and Werner was just wonderful! We could have easily have stayed a few nights longer if time would have permitted. The B and B is located in a beautiful location, the house is nothing short of stunning, we really appreciated the history of the home and the fact Gaby and Werner were happy to explain the history of the home. The house is so warm, tastefully decorated and spotlessly clean. We opted to enjoy the 3 course meal, wow, the quality of the food and wine was first class. We loved meeting Kiki the dog and the four cats, makes it so homely. The absolute best part for us was the conversations we enjoyed with Gaby and Werner, such kind and friendly people. We recommend this B and B, try to stay more than one night!

Stunning place to stay with lovely pool although we didn’t use it as we were so busy out sightseeing. The house is beautiful and the fresh breakfast provided daily was excellent. Both hosts were extremely helpful in suggesting places to visit. There is so much to do in the area and wished we could have stayed longer. I highly recommend a stay here. It would have been nice if the bar in the village had been open in the evening and as long as you are prepared to drive there are lots of places to eat nearby.

i loved spending time at Christine's place i felt very welcome and at the same time it allowed me to be comfortable. I made my life and sometimes we would meet again. i'll be back, that's for sure. Mixed between great freedom, confidence and a lot of sweetness. see you soon ❤️

A great place for total rest in the middle of nature and horses. 🐎 ❤️ A well thought out place with all the comforts and beautiful quality. We loved chilling in this treehouse. The bedding is great and the place really peaceful. We'll be back. 🥰
