Cozy City Island Hideaway with Water Views

Welcome to our quaint little hideout on beautiful City Island! We’re a semi-retired couple with two friendly dogs and an in-home crafting business, and we’re happy to share our comfortable space with guests who appreciate a peaceful, homey environment. We’ve kept our nightly rate lower because this is not an ideal spot for someone who plans to stay indoors all day — our two dogs do bark occasionally, and as semi-retired folks, you’ll often find us puttering around in the yard or crafting.

The house is 2.5 blocks away from #5 train, Bx12, Bx8 bus; walking distance to restaurants, Pharmacies and Jacobi Hospital. Bronx Zoo, NYC Botanical Garden, and City Island are about 10 minutes driving. The block is quiet and there are plenty of spaces for street parking. Water, Heat, AC, Internet, and Electricity will be provided. This room also has its own bathroom, a mini refrigerator, and a 43 '' Samsung TV. Other areas including living room, dining room and kitchen will be shared.

One bedroom apartment offers everything you need. Inside, you’ll find a living room 2 twins sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom stocked with essentials shampoo, soap, toilet paper, towels etc. Located 5 min from both Pelham and New Rochelle train stations, 35 minutes to NYC. You ‘ll be within walking distance to restaurants, markets, and a pharmacy, all in a safe neighborhood. 3rd floor apartment. We also have another unit located in the house, if you’re interested.
