The small apartment was perfect for our family of five. We took advantage of the pullout couch along with the two bedrooms. The place was easy to find and check in was a breeze. We will book again as we're in the area often.

We loved our stay at Rushton’s Retreat. The barn is such a cool and modern spot. It’s a huge space, full of light and very thoughtfully set up. It had everything we needed and being able to use bikes was a huge plus as we were going to a party down the street. It’s a stunning landscape in that area and lots to see and explore. We even went to the farm 4 doors down and got fresh eggs in the morning. We’ll definitely be back, it’s a new favourite for us for sure!

Great place, nice area and we had a wonderful stay. We would definitely recommend and loved the accommodations which were very clean and well kept.

Glenna and Jason’s place was perfect for our stay in Cape Breton! Their recommendations for local restaurants and activities made our experience even more enjoyable. If you’re looking for a cozy spot to unwind for a long weekend, I highly recommend staying here.

Great place to stay if you’re in Arisaig for a short visit. We felt very comfortable there. It was clean, spacious, and in a safe place. The beds were very comfortable, there are a couple games to play, and little treats to welcome. The hosts were very helpful, communicative, and hospitable. We did have issues with the microwave not working which was a little disappointing as that was the sort of dinner we had planned. The hosts were very apologetic and did offer to assist with their personal microwave upstairs which was very nice. Our only other concern was that we wished there had been real dishes instead of paper plates/ bowls and plastic/wood utensils especially since there is only a microwave and toaster oven. As long as you are okay being in a basement, this is a wonderful little spot to come to. We would happily stop here if we ever pass through the area again! Thanks to Todd, Wendy, and Stanley!

It was a great stay. The space was clean and tidy. Some cool artwork and books around. I issues with anything broken or not working. The only issue I would have was the price. Over $900 for a two night stay was a lot to pay. I've stayed in two story villas with private gardens and a pool for that price. I would definitely recommend staying here, but at a lower price point.

Staying at Gian's was perfect. It is downtown and accessible to all kinds of coffee shops and restaurants. The apartment was quiet, the bed comfy, it was warm and cozy. We very much enjoyed our stay. Gian was quick to respond and his binder of places to eat and places to visit was very helpful. Should we return, we will definitely chose this place. Thanks Gian

We enjoyed our stay at Robert’s place. The location is great as it is close to many amenities and shopping. The unit itself was comfortable and well equipped.

This rental was perfect. We felt very comfortable in this apartment. It was very clean and had everything you need for an enjoyable holiday. Some much nicer than a hotel room. There was always an outside light on for us at night which I really liked.

Nice spot to stay in the heart of the city. Check-in was smooth and Michelle was a great host and easy to communicate with.

Nancy and Brian were so accommodating and very quick to respond if we needed anything. The place was cozy and had everything we needed. Would recommend to anyone travelling through New Glasgow.

Joe's Hideaway was perfect for our visit to Cape Breton. We enjoyed our stay in the flat, and would not hesitate to return for another stay. Thank you very much.

My dog and I had a wonderful time at Florians! His driving instructions were helpful and he was quick to offer support. I have no complaints and really enjoyed staying there. If you intend to hike while you're there pack some rain boots as parts of the trail get quite muddy. I was prepared and enjoyed the trail! I would definitely return!

The location is great, and the view is breathtaking. Jonathan and Adrea were most helpful.

Courtney’s place is lovely. It is right in the center of Baddeck and has everything you need to enjoy your stay.

Donna's place was very clean and comfortable, and the kitchen was very well supplied for making meals. I also appreciated the ample parking (two full-sized pick-up trucks fit easily) and proximity to great places to eat (I was sometimes too tired to use the fine kitchen)! Donna made the stay easy and convenient - thanks!

Debra and Jimmy were wonderful hosts. They made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived. It was like staying in an oasis with the most beautiful property and views. They offered us fresh fish and vegetables to prepare our first night there. Jimmy taught us to fish in the private cove. Unbelievable hospitality. I would give them 10 stars if I could. We will definitely return. Highly recommended. Thank you Debra and Jimmy for such an amazing experience. Memories we won’t forget.

Courtney’s place is right above her charming artisan’s shop which carries the work of local crasftspeople, artists, and authors. The apartment had exactly what we needed, but not too much. It was serene, airy, bright and cozy. We loved our 6 nights there. I didn’t want to leave! Courtney was a delight - helpful, cheerful, kind. My husband and I highly recommend this sweet little oasis. 💖

This is a nice place, very comfortable mattress, with well equipped kitchen, and a big plus is a super firm sand beach and Lake Charlotte boat ramp close by. Had an excellent 3 nights here. We recommend The Diner char grilled burger a few minutes east of Webbers Store (which is currently closed) which gives this 2nd floor apartment and deck considerable privacy.
