Holiday rentals with breakfast in County Sligo

Really nice bed and breakfast! Very clean and in walking distance from the city. Too bad that there was no breakfast

Barbara was one of the most accommodating, friendliest and hospitable host I have ever stayed with. She provided an amazing breakfast and made me feel right at home. If you are looking for a cost place to stay in Sligo/Strandhill, this is it!

What a wonderful host! She made me feel very welcome. Scrummy breakfast and great coffee to kickstart the day! Loved it.

We had a wonderful stay in Eimear’s property. We had all the facilities described in the profile. There was Awesome ambience surroundings. Room with attached toilet, was neat and tidy and fabulous. Homely made breakfast provided with well arranged . The host is friendly and approachable always. We felt like staying at home. Those who like nature, will definitely love this place and facilities. We really enjoyed two days of stay in this property.

Had a short stopover at Kathleen and Pat’s place en route back to Dublin to catch a flight, and wished we could have stayed here longer!! Their home is beautiful and you can tell they put so much thought into all the details—lovely clean linens on the beds, tasty and healthy breakfast in the morning, nice natural bath products to use. As they communicated, the dining room and bathroom are shared, but I felt like I had both privacy and the option to chat, without any pressure. The experience reminded me of stays I had when air bnb first came on the scene, when it was easier to use the app to find kind people generously opening up their homes to travelers and generously sharing knowledge about their communities. Could not have been a bigger contrast from the stay I had the week prior at a soulless room in Galway owned by a corporate landlord. Highly recommend staying here, and Carney Village is lovely too!! Easy access to the Yeats burial site, Benbulben Forest walk, etc. thank you!

Patrick’s kindness started when he was kind enough to pick me up at the bus station. His graciousness continued throughout my stay. Kathleen was away but she left behind some home made bread. All in all a great few days in incomparable Sligo. The highest recommendation.

Catherine’s Hidden Gem was a wonderful refuge on our road trip around Ireland. So beautifully created, and thoughtfully presented, cosy and delightful. Every amenity provided for our comfort. Great coffee, well stocked fridge, comfy beds, angel lights to guide us home, maps and even a chocolate by the bedside table. Five star accommodation. Catherine was the most amazing host and helped us with her local knowledge, advice and cosmic personality. We didn’t want to leave. Thank you Catherine, we will never forget you. Dympna was the best host with great local recommendations. Her place is in the perfect location for night life, great food, and catching a Sligo Rivers match. We look forward to staying with her again!

Absolutely stunning location, the accommodation itself was 10/10 perfect. Inside there was milk, juice, bread etc supplied for me as well as brochures about the area and things to do with menus of local restaurants. Catherine was an amazing host, so friendly and helpful as well as responsive on messages. I will definitely try to be back! 😊

We had a great stay. Everything is like in the pictures. Well located. Maeve left delicious goodies for us. It's very well equipped for all kinds of guests. Totally recommended!

Had a lovely stay at Mount Edward Lodge, Maureen is a great Host, responsive to all communications, and with great tips of places to go. The place is strategically located close to various sightseeing locations, beaches, trekking walks, waterfalls and Sligo. We enjoyed a quiet and peaceful sleep, and were ready for some more exploring of the area.

We were greeted by Rose, Eimear's mother, who was very kind and charming. The house is beautiful and the place is very nice and quiet. We loved the very romantic and impeccable room. With all the luxury of details both in the room and in the bathroom, water, milk, sweets, candies... The best breakfast we have had in Ireland, of everything, homemade d'ulcère, delicious gringo yogurt, red fructose, blueberries, toast, juice, fruits, cereals all exquisite and with a perfectly set table and natural flowers. Too bad we were just passing through and could only spend one night... On our next trip to Ireland we will definitely return to this house... Super recommended... Thank you so much for treating us so well!!!

We had a lovely stay at Elizabeth and Clint’s place. They were so welcoming and very accommodating and gave us great recommendations for things to do and see. Would highly recommend their accommodation when visiting Sligo!

Mary was very kind and helpful in helping me get settled into the room. The space was comfortable and clean, with a nice view and great bed. Easy to get into town from the house as well. Mary set me on my way with a home cooked breakfast to top it off. It is a great place to stay for a night or two in Sligo.

Maureen was a wonderful host. Her house is very well situated to enjoy the main sights of Sligo and the views are stunning. Maureen's breakfast was better than any hotel. We'll be back next time we visit Sligo

Lovely B&B just a few minutes from downtown. Room was comfy and had everything you need! Michael was very flexible when we arrived early, it was appreciated.
