Close to all amenities, no need to rent a vehicle for your shopping or to go to the beach, everything is on site. The house is 90 m2 in duplex with a 30 m2 terrace overlooking the sea. Located in the heart of the Tronçais forest, on the edge of a small communal road, sheltered from any noise or light pollution at night, you will discover the two gîtes of the pillar oak. This is an old house tastefully renovated into two charming cottages independent of each other.
