Charming little stone house, in a village in the heart of the countryside and on the edge of the forest. Come and recharge your batteries just 1 hour from Paris and 40 minutes from Fontainebleau. The house includes an entrance leading to a living room with TV, a fitted and equipped kitchen (gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, oven, TV) on the 1st floor, a bedroom with a double bed, a TV as well as a bathroom with toilet. Small outdoor area with deckchair and table to enjoy during lunches.

Charming independent studio with fireplace, completely renovated, overlooking a beautiful common courtyard. Located between the Fontainebleau Forest hiking trails and the Loing. Quality cleaning is provided by us ( included in the price). Just so you know, we have replaced the sofa bed (daily sleeping) in order to offer more comfort to visitors. Rental of bicycles (including electric) possible from our neighbor (instructions in the last photo of the listing).

Behind an old gateway hides my property on which is located the independent house with living/dining room of 14 m2, mezzanine 10 m2, overlooking the garden, in the historic city center of Itteville. The Franchard cottage is a small but well equipped and practical dependence , with double bed ( 140) in mezzanine, a sofa, kitchen corner, large windows overlooking a Japanese garden and two huge pine trees with a wood stove for pampering :) Tourist tax : 91 cents/night/adult.
