We had a fantastic stay at Hervé's place! Hervé was an incredibly responsive host—our plans kept changing due to a flight cancellation, but he took all the stress out of the situation and was always quick to help us adjust. He made us feel very welcome from the start. The house is beautifully appointed, with top-notch amenities like a great pool, table tennis, and a basketball hoop—there was no chance of getting bored, yet it was also a wonderfully relaxing space. The location was ideal, just a short walk to the tram. We had a wonderful time—Merci for hosting us, Hervé! Highly recommended.

The house is just amazing! It's big and comfortable, has any kitchenware you could ever need to prepare any dinner imaginable and even more! The garden is simply beautiful, our cat was beyond happy to explore every corner of it. We didn't use the swimming pool because it was already too cold to swim, but it adds to the beauty of the garden and we just enjoyed sitting by it in the sun. Thank you Jean-Philippe and Brigitte, for this amazing place. We will be happy to return some day!

It was a super nice stay that exceeded my expectations. Beach and promenade super easy to reach. Pool for shared use. Apartment super clean and well maintained. With air conditioning. Marie always responds super fast and is very flexible. We will gladly come back and can recommend the apartment

It was a great week for us. The house has a fantastic location between fields. The view was great. Luxurious furnishings in the house. Great for the family. Great place to stay in Montpellier. Very green and cooler rooms in hot summer. Green surroundings in urban Montpellier. Offered us cot without any cost which was appreciated. Great hosts!

We really enjoyed the friendliness and availability of the owners. The accommodation is spacious, access to the pool is a real plus. The place is quiet and peaceful without being too far from the seaside. I would highly recommend it!

We loved this place with it's large, beautiful garden full of little nooks to sit in and it's spectacular view of the water. The house had everything we needed and was perfect for children. The kitchen was well equipped, the rest of the house clean and nicely furnished. There is a lovely little bakery nearby. What we enjoyed most was the peaceful and picturesque surroundings and the Olivier and his wife gave us excellent suggestions for things to do and answered all our questions promptly.

Many thanks to Yannick and Sophie we loved the accommodation, the pool, the place everything was perfect. We had a pleasant stay and Yannick was incredibly kind. (we didn't get a chance to meet Sophie, who must be just as nice☺️) The accommodation is clean, functional, well decorated, finally everything is there. Secure pool, an extra point when traveling with children. I could write for hours but in any case thank you again it was super nice. Stay for 10 days in this amazing home! Very comfortable, beautiful and tastefully decorated and everything was present. Special compliment for the wonderful bed. Made extensive use of the beautiful swimming pool and the jacuzzi. The area is worth discovering. Montpelier is beautiful and close to Matelles is very nice and friendly. Also visit the caps along the Hérault. In short, a great stay and definitely recommended!

Awesome character home on the vineyard. matches the photos perfectly, great access to the vineyard grounds where you can see chickens, horses and sheep as you walk around. Perfect for walking into town or day trips to Montpellier & Nimes. Ticked all the boxes for us.

Overall, it was a very relaxing stay in the beautiful, small, well-equipped cottage. Mathilde is a super host, always super nice and responds quickly. We were there with the bikes and were able to park them safely in the enclosed courtyard in front of the house. I would check in with Mathilde again at any time.

Wow, what an incredible peaceful location. The house was absolutely stunning. To see Peacocks go to bed each night roosting in the trees is a memory. Julie and Cedric are lovely hosts, thank you! I cannot recommend this property enough. The house has all the amenities you will need for your stay. Just a wow moment when you first see the house. We will definitely be back!

We had a lovely stay! Since we drove overnight with two children, we were there early in the morning. That was no problem for Silvere. We were warmly welcomed. There was even water, milk and breakfast etc. available! Silvere explained everything to us very nicely. He was always available and accommodating! We could not have asked for a better host! The house is very nice and lovingly furnished. Everything is available and we felt very comfortable.

And the winner is…….. after approx. 40 Airbnb houses in the last couple of years, this place is number one by far. The house had a head start as it is brand new but on top of this, it is beautiful situated, close to town but still very quiet and very, very well equipped. We have not found anything what you would like to have and was not there. Walking, biking, the area is great and a bakery, butcher and small shop around the corner. The shore a 40-minute drive. Ann is a darling, for sure 24/7 available if you need here but at the same time “invisable”, just great. An Airbnb rating of 5 is great! We however think it should be a 10. Please do go and experience yourself.

Very good stay in this well-located, spacious and pleasant villa. The exteriors are particularly successful: clean swimming pool, very appreciable jacuzzi, comfortable outdoor furniture... Perfect for enjoying the beautiful weather in complete relaxation! The villa also offers a good level of equipment inside, with three comfortable bedrooms and a large dressing room. Some small cleanliness issues could be improved... Very responsive and available host for all our needs Nice place for a vacation with family or friends. We recommend it!!!!

Nathalie and Pierre welcomed us with open arms, smiling, very sociable, friendly, courteous and polite, while being discreet and attentive, they are two absolutely precious people full of common sense who make a good stay start. A small welcome gift and a quick but complete tour of the house. They also provided us with a few services worthy of a high-end service. The house is already pretty in the photos, and in reality, it is even more beautiful, the layout is very tasteful and very qualitative without superficial fuss like GiFi, the absolutely impeccable and irreproachable equipment, you immediately feel at home. The kitchen is particularly well-equipped and the pool is just great. 3 terraces so always a corner in the shade and a corner in the sun. Outdoor table under pergola, very practical in summer. Tiny hiccup: 1% of road users have to pull their mechanics when going down the speed bump, it's unbearable.
