Cozy Studio Between the Vineyards

In a converted barn on the border between the departments of Charente Maritime and Gironde is our cozy studio. The studio is equipped with all the comforts for two people. There is a double bed, wardrobe, two comfortable seats, a kitchenette with gas stove, dining table and a bathroom with shower. For cold days, there is a fireplace. There is WiFi, and you can park your car with us. And outside is your own terrace with table and chairs for that croissant in the sun!

Le gite de la tour: Detached house located in the countryside in a quiet area surrounded by vineyards. On the ground floor, a large 45 m2 living room with rustic and contemporary charm with kitchen, dining room and living room with sofa bed, reversible air conditioning and a patio and independent garden. Upstairs, a mezzanine with bedroom (160/200 bed) and bathroom. My place is good for couples, solo travelers, business travelers, and families (with kids).

Located between Jonzac Thermal Town (15 km), and Montendre (7 km), this house offers accommodation consisting of two bedrooms and a living room (living room/fully equipped kitchen). The cottage has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed bedroom and 1 bedroom with 2 single beds, with the possibility of installing a 3rd sleeping area, double bed, in the main room). The house is located on its own private land. 5 km from the A10 highway.
