The Little Burgundian Refuge

15 km from Saint-Sauveur-en-Puisaye (Maison Colette), 25 km from Guédelon and Saint-Fargeau, 20 km from the vineyards (Coulanges, Irancy, Chablis), you will stay in a small, fully-equipped outbuilding, facing our house, in a small hamlet. We practice permaculture and raise animals (chickens, sheep, turkeys, ducks) that we will introduce you to if you're interested. Cleaning must be done upon checkout. The Domaine des Carriers is a former limestone quarry whose old houses and outbuildings have been renovated into charming gîtes and guest rooms.
