I highly recommend this listing! I have been to Montargis many times for sporting events and selected accommodations on Air BNB but I must say that Hugues and Marie Pierre's accommodation is for me the best I have been able to test. The place is spacious, clean, warm, modern and very conveniently located! A big thank you for the hospitality, all the information provided to make the stay go smoothly.

Such a great place! Perfect location to access the chateau and its gardens. Walking distance from the little shops in Avon (boulangerie, small market on Saturday, small grocery store). The apartment looks exactly as the photos describe it, I would even say better! It's very neat and clean, nicely decorated and has everything one needs for a stay in Fontainebleau. We loved it and can only recommend it to people visiting the area :)

The apartment is located in a convenient area, not far from the main square. It's spacious and bright, with self check-in thanks to clear and easy to follow instructions. Alban was quick to respond to messages and helped us with a few questions, which made our stay that much more comfortable. The only downside: soundproofing. You can hear quite clearly the neighbors climbing the stairs or the kids running.

The accommodation is well located close to the city center of Provins, a few minutes' walk from all shops. Access to the accommodation was achieved independently using a code lock. The apartment is perfectly functional and corresponds in every way to the listing. We were sensitive to all the little attentions of Christine during our stay. We had a pleasant weekend.

Very pleasant stay, in a small, clean and well-designed accommodation. The check-in and check-out instructions were also very clear, I did not need to communicate during the stay, the questions had been raised beforehand. We have greatly enjoyed our stay. Everything we needed was present! The flexible arrival was a plus for us! It was a spacious house that was enormously cozy and well cared for. We definitely recommend staying here if you would like to go climbing or enjoy nature!

There were 5 of us and it was perfect. Each had their own sleeping and bathing area. The kitchen was fully equipped, the living room cozy and the terrace quiet and inviting to relax. Everything was clean. There was nothing to complain about. We highly recommend it.

We had a very pleasant stay (3 nights) for 7 people (5 adults and 2 teenagers) The house is large enough for 8 people, We really appreciated the 2 separate bedroom spaces on each side of the living room (we were a group of friends with a family and 3 adults). The configuration is ideal for separating 2 families, for example, Parking in the garden in front of the house is easy and spacious (we had 2 SUVs), it is an essential criterion in our research for weekends with friends, The accommodation met 100% of our criteria, I highly recommend this accommodation,

We recommend Elisabeth's cottage, it is located in a quiet environment, it is well equipped and decorated with care. The swimming pool, bocce court and games room are a real plus. Élisabeth is very attentive to her hosts. We had a lovely weekend with the family in this refreshing place.

The perfect spot to stay if you're in the area for some bouldering! We had everything we needed for a really easy stay. Great communication before and during our stay. The flat is really close to the Halle and the local bakeries. It's really close to bouldering spots, and we appreciated the additional two crash pads that were provided. Would recommend and would definitely stay again!
