The neighbourhood is quiet but attractions like the Pont d'Avignon, restaurants, and bars are all less than 10 minutes on foot. A parking space is within a 3-minute walk. You will not use the car in town but is will be great to explore Provence by day and return to your tranquil haven each evening.

It is spacious and comfortable, with a large terrace overlooking the hills and vineyards of Chateauneuf du Pape. Guests can relax in a landscaped garden around the pool or in the shade of their favorite tree. It benefits from being close to all shops and in the quiet countryside. You will love this little corner of Provence, a wealth of things to do, see and experience to the fullest.

Fully renovated and air-conditioned. Composed of three bedrooms upstairs, two of which have a dressing room. Bathroom with walk-in shower and toilet. On the ground floor, an equipped kitchen, a garage can be made available on request for bicycles and motorcycles. Bed linen and bath towels provided. 5 min from the A7, A9 and Chateauneuf du Pape, 10 min from Orange, 20 min from Avignon Carpentras and Vaison la Romaine, Spirou Park, Wave Island and 1 hour from the sea.
