Hidden from view and bathed in light, the Demeure du Val offers you a splendid view of the Saône Valley and the Monts d'Or.

Charming studio, independent, air-conditioned

Independent studio in small property with self check-in. Amenities: Microwave, Tassimo, kettle, fridge, WiFi, air conditioning... The sleeping area is in an attic mezzanine, with a double bed with quality bedding. This 6.2 m² night space has a height of 1.3 m at the highest, you will have to duck. Great location: - 10-minute walk to the gendarmerie examination center - Sathonay station 500 m away, (Part-Dieu in 8 minutes) - Bus stop line 9 at 600 m, (35 minutes from Lyon city center)

In a corner of greenery on the heights of Rochetaillée, Le Haut sur la Colline is a quiet and relaxing place. Located on a dominant point, surrounded by trees, it gives, with a wide and unobstructed view, on the Monts d 'Or. Fully equipped and independent, the accommodation is also perfectly suited to accommodate children. Close to Lyon, which is quickly accessible, Rochetaillée, with its Guinguettes on the banks of the Saône, and at the gates of Beaujolais and Dombes.

Au cœur du village, proche des commodités, ce studio de 12m² en RDC d’une petite copropriété calme et entretenue. Il comprend une pièce principale avec cuisine (plaque, micro-ondes, cafetière, bouilloire, grille-pain), un coin repas, un espace nuit avec lit surélevé 80x190 et un coin sanitaire (douche + WC). Une terrasse bois offre un petit espace extérieur pour prendre l’air en toute tranquillité. Une cour commune vous permettra de stationner votre véhicule.

Just a 5-minute walk from the banks of the Saône, you can enjoy a natural setting while staying close to the city. For your relaxation, you will have access to Netflix as well as a salt pool (upon request), shared with us.

A small 16th century chateau on the banks of the Saône

The house is an old residence from the 1530s, owned by a cardinal, with a view of the Saône and a park available. At the gates of Lyon, it has benefited from a complete quality renovation. In a luxurious and comfortable environment, you will enjoy 115 square meters of: - its two original round and AIR-CONDITIONED rooms - ceiling heights, mural of its reception room, - independent kitchen - Two bathrooms. A colorful veranda accompanies this dwelling.

In the Monts d'Or, a natural area 15 min from Lyon, independent accommodation into the villa where we are living. Private terrace and access gym and sauna by reservation. Summer: swimming pool from 8am to 10am, and 2pm to 5:30pm. View of the Saône. Hiking trails, mountain bike rides. Restaurants, Demeure du Chaos Museum, Guinguettes on the banks of the Saône. Lyon Perrache railways 12min by train (railway station 15 min walk), Part-Dieu 35 min by bus.

Moonstone

In the smallest village of the Lyon metropolis, Rochetaillée, a space of tranquility and greenery. Pierre de Lune is an independent studio in an old golden stone building. With its own terrace, it is away from noise but close to everything, Lyon (30 minutes by bus, stop 100 m away) as well as shops, restaurants and walks along the Saône. A quiet corner to rest and discover the charms of old Rochetaillée, close to the guinguettes and the Monts d'Or.

15 minutes from Lyon, in the Monts d'Or, we offer a house adjoining our house in which we live. You will have independent access. The house consists of a room on the ground floor with kitchenette, a master bedroom on the 1st floor, and a separate toilet, a children's bedroom (3 single beds) and a bathroom with toilet on the 2nd floor. Your vehicle can park inside the property. The house is very quiet and bright.
