Single Room to let in Clean House

Single room available to rent in a cosy, friendly and clean house in Leyton, East London. Location The house is in a quiet, residential area ideally located for visiting all parts of London and beyond. It is 5 minutes walk to Leyton tube station which is on the Central line with easy, direct access to Central London. 2 minutes to Stratford, the Olympic Park & Westfield shopping Centre, 10 minutes to the City and 20 minutes to the West End. 2 minutes walk to local bus services including night buses on Leyton High Road. Good links to all London airports including Stansted, London City, Heathrow & Gatwick and all major London Train stations are easily accessible by tube. Also excellent road links serving all parts of the UK. Local Amenities The local area has a variety of good restaurants, friendly pubs, supermarkets and shopping facilities. There are good local sports facilities in the area, these include a swimming pool, tennis courts, gym, golf range, ice skating and horse riding centre. There is a local park 2 minutes walk away and Epping Forest is close by. Accommodation The private room which is situated upstairs at the back of the house is light, airy and nicely decorated. It is fully carpeted, the furniture is in good condition and consists of a single bed, wardrobe, drawers and dressing table. Fresh towels and Bed linen are provided and changed on a weekly basis or when required. All other facilities are communal and available for guests to use. (The maximum number of people staying in the house at any one time is four including myself.) These include: Bathroom - on the same floor as the private room; it is fully tiled, with hand basin, toilet, bath and shower. There is also a separate toilet on the ground floor of the house. Kitchen – This is on the ground floor and has a hob, oven, grill, and microwave and there is a breakfast bar to sit at if required. There is a washer/dryer also available for use. All crockery, cutlery and cooking utensils are provided for guests to use and there is ample cupboard and fridge space available. Living and Dining area – Also on the ground floor it is comfortably furnished with wooden flooring. There are 2 leather sofas, dining table and chairs, desk space, computer and wi fi access if you need it. There is a 46" HD TV, all Sky and cable channels available, TiVo box, DVD, blu-ray player and radio/CD player. There is also a small back garden and on-street parking is available on request. Other Info English breakfast, packed lunches and supper can be provided at a small extra charge. Continental Breakfast, tea, coffee and soft drinks are included in the price. There is also a twin bedded room available for rent in the same house so ideal for a family of 3 or 3 friends sharing who want to spend time in London in good quality accommodation at a reasonable rate. Enjoy bed & breakfast in a friendly household, happy to advise on the best way to get around town and recommend local pubs, restaurants and places to visit. We're in Zone 2. The room is ideal for one. (We also offer a single/double with a private bath). We're in quiet street, close to excellent transport options, with no pets. Our neighbourhood is 'vibrantly diverse', safe, with fast connections to sights & shops in the centre. You can walk to the Thames & huge Westfield shopping mall.

My pretty bedroom with adjacent private bathroom in a Victorian house is the perfect way to experience first hand the history of London. Situated on a quiet residential road and built c1885, the house contains many period features. You will feel calm in this lovely, period house. Guests love the peace and quiet and away from the crowds after a day in Central London. The bedroom is south facing, making it bright and sunny. A continental style breakfast is available (not on Sundays).

A double bedroom with your own ensuite bathroom. Conveniently located at Tower Hill, in the heart the City and with easy access to Canary Wharf and the rest of town with the tube and buses. At your doorstep you will find independent cafes and restaurants at St Katherine docks and more heading towards Liverpool Street and Spitafield market. Although very central, it is in a quiet cul de sac where you can forget about traffic. Recently renovated, the house has all contemporary amenities.

Well appointed loft bed room and shower

Our attic spare single room is in our family Victorian cottage in the Tonsley's neighbourhood of Wandsworth. You will have the top floor to yourself with skyline views and flooded by the rising sun and sunset. We have equipped this space with quality products and an array of items. This neighbourhood has a village feel with entertainment, shops, restaurants, Pubs, coffee shops and transport within walking distance. The close-by Thames Riverfront is a great place to walk or jog.

A bedroom in the basement of our Victorian family town house with a semi private entrance used by you and 1 other guest. And sometimes our kids if home from uni. The room feels super private and We often don’t see our guests as we are on the other floors. Perfect and safe stay for single travellers and business visitors. Large room (2) for 1 or 2 with in London, Wembley

Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. A Super fast broadband with optical fiber according to the provider is 1100Mbs!!. Very well-communicated location. 3 tube stations, train and overground, 2 buses at the door and more 3 min. walk. Quiet main road, but 5 min walk to all the facilities and Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena. Shops and restaurants are everywhere within a short walk.

This is the ideal place if you want to experience a real London living experience. Enjoy a cosy double bedroom in trendy Hackney (zone 2). Less than 5 min walk to Clapton train station and bus links into the city. Great pubs and restaurants in walking distance. There is paid street parking but if you let me know in advance I can get visitors vouchers for you at a better rate.

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis, which is located in the midst of the huddle and bustle of Tooting Broadway with its plethora of restaurants, bars and shops. We offer 2 Airbnb rooms, so have a maximum of two guests at any time. Guests can enjoy the sole use of the sitting room and bathroom. The kitchen and garden is shared with us.
